I don't want to call out the person who did my pedicure because she was so nice, but my god ...I'm very sad having paid over $50 plus tip for this. When we were done she told me to be careful for the next 24 hours. I thought this was overly cautious (I've never in my entire adult life had a pedicure that wasn't totally dry by the end of the day) but managed not to let anything touch the polish for all the rest of the day. Wore flip flops until I went to bed. I don't know what I was supposed to do ...sleep on my back with no sheets and blankets on top for the whole night? I woke up like this. She applied the polish way too thick. I noticed at first as she was applying that it did not look smooth on the big toenails in particular -- a little chunky and uneven. I don't know if it was the polish or the application, but I think she applied it so thick to cover up the fact that it didn't look good. It took several swipes to get to a decent looking smooth look. It was sprayed once, then I sat for a long while while it dried, and was sprayed one more time before leaving.

This took me over half an hour to remove this morning and even then my toenails are still stained pink. Not that it should make any difference, but I have an autoimmune condition that gives me stiffness and pain in the joints, especially in the morning (I'm not as bendy as I used to be), and low blood pressure, so bending over my feet to do things like this is more than just uncomfortable, but I had to clean it up because I hated the idea of going to work like this and I don't have the time or money to go somewhere else to fix it before my big...

I'm not sure how I feel about this place to be honest. I booked the Royal Experience which includes a pedicure, gel manicure, and blowout/styling.

The pedicure went well - my technician had to work really hard to get my old polish off and I appreciate that she took the extra time to make sure everything was right. If it was possible I would give just her 5 stars for the effort/hard work she put in to making sure I was happy.

The shampoo and blowout was also really nice. She styled it well and my curls lasted until the next day!

The reason I'm leaving such a low review is because of the manicure... I am very disappointed in the quality of the polish. I got a gel manicure (1 coat base, 3 coats color, 1 coat topcoat all cured in the UV light) but it didn't even last more than two days. I received the service on a Friday afternoon. The pictures I'm attaching were taken on the following Sunday morning before I made breakfast. The polish immediately chipped and as you can see it was on more than one finger so it wasn't just an accident. It is now Wednesday and all of my nails have chipped despite it being a gel manicure. There are also bubbles in the polish on some of my fingers.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and the friendliness of the staff but due to the low quality of my manicure I'm not sure I will return for that type of service. I may come back for hair services though because I believed they did...

Loved getting my haircut here for years, until literally half the staff quit more recently to make their own business. I dealt with it for a while, until recently when Jessica randomly canceled my appointment 2 hours before the appointment, which I had made 2 weeks in advance. Customer service texted me and I was slightly disappointed but simply asked when I could get a new appt. with her, but they were very cryptic and weird about it, saying that I would no longer be working with Jessica despite having a good interaction with her before and here still being employed there lol?? They could not give me an explanation why when asked.... Then after all that trouble and 2 weeks of wasted time, they assume I'm fine with an appt. with someone named Barb who is "very good at men's cuts," despite me having long, curly blond hair, which doesn't seem relevant to a typical men's cut imo.

The whole place has gone down the drain and will take years to recover the skill and quality service it used to have, which is so disappointing as it used to be the best place I've ever been to. It's on par with Great Clips or...
