Read moreI went to Terminal West last night for the Paris Paloma concert, and I was seriously impressed! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind, and the security + check-in process was super smooth and well-organized.
A huge shoutout to the box office team—they were so patient and empathetic, even though they were dealing with tons of calls from people (including us) who had been scammed or scalped. They handled everything with grace and kindness, even though it was a sold out show and they couldn't do much for us, they all tried their best to offer solutions. We were thankfully able to get tickets and go in. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve encountered at a venue!
Inside, everything was just as great. The food prices were shockingly reasonable—my friend got buffalo chicken for just $9, and it was a huge portion. Drinks were also fairly priced, and the bartenders were super friendly. The venue itself has an awesome setup with fantastic sound, and I loved that there was a balcony in the back, so even if you arrived late, you could still get a good view.

Read moreAbsolutely fantastic! Definitely one of my favorite music venues, immediately became a fan of the space, staff and vibe. Cheap parking right out front; paid $5 during a sold-out concert (nearly unheard of in the city). Great acoustics; smaller intimate setting. Lots of space with little areas to venture: upstairs and outback smoking. There is also an overhang pointing directly towards the stage that you can access by going upstairs (All standing room area). Super clean restrooms. Restaurant connected through a set of doors, to which they have screens transmiting the live show. It was accessible during the opening act of the show I attended then I believe it closed for the main act.
