I wish I could love this place. The people are amazing! And, when they worked at other salons the service / style has been off the charts. But, I’ve had terrible service. Terrible hair cuts and highlights. On my second haircut, I went to the salon and the light were out. They had some sort of issue with electricity. That’s terrible for you but why didn’t you call to reschedule?! When I called you said you would work weekends to reschedule but you didn’t. Promise not kept! I had to schedule weeks in advanced to get a hair cut. And, that hair cut was terrible. I asked for long layers in my curls and I got a short bob. Curly girls should know how terrible that haircut was. Every single appointment has been late. And, not just by a few minutes but by over 30 + to over an hour while I was the first appointment of the day. If you have curly hair please do not go here. They can’t cut or color curly hair. Never changing salons. Not only does the Sirene team stay fresh with current cutting trends and color technique but the space is delightful and the staff - more than just the team members I see - remember what’s going on in your life, laugh with you, and help you reflect the you that you want to be. Scheduling is hard (4 instead of 5 stars) because their books are full - a good sign in my opinion - but I book out and early and they work with changes so it’s completely manageable. I am so happy I was referred to see Julieta at Sirene salon! I've been doing highlights with Julieta for over a year and I absolutely love how professional and caring she is. She writes down the formula she uses on my hair and we adjust accordingly, based on my preferences. she makes sure you are comfortable and offers you a coffee or water depending on the time of the day. The atmosphere is the salon is pleasant and has friendly staff. She recommends hair product that will help my hair maintain its color.
