Burlington — Attraction in Attleboro

AMAZING STORE. FRIENDLY STAFF & I FEEL LIKE THAT PARTICULAR STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AS APPOSED TO THE USUAL PICKED OVER & IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THINGS. NOT BECAUSE THERE ISN'T MUCH TO FIND BUT BECAUSE NOTHING HAS BEEN PUT BACK IN THE CORRECT AREA OR THE WRONG SIZES ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE. I GET FRUSTRATED WITH STORE'S I HAVE TROUBLE FINDING THE CORRECT SIZES & I AM NOT ONE TO ASK FOR HELP FROM A STAFF MEMBER BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE PROBABLY OVERWHELMED & UNDERSTAFFED IF THE STORE IS NOT IN ORDER. TODAY THIS WAS THE 3RD BURLINGTON OF OUR STOPS. DEFINITELY THE BEST MANAGED & WITHOUT A DOUBT THE FRIENDLIEST OF THE STORE'S AS WELL AS THE BEST KEPT STORE. I APPRECIATE THE HARD WORK FROM ALL OF YOU & I KNOW HOW HARD YOUR STORE'S HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR US OVER THE PAST YEARS DURING COVID 19. BLESS YOUR HEARTS. LOVE THE LATE...

POSSIBILITY never coming back probably.

One of your cashiers , Joanne, gave me and my dad an attitude when we went to return clothes. Lemme give you a little dialogue . My dad: “We’re here to return these.” Joanne literally laughed at that and continued to fold her clothes for 2 minutes then got back up to us. She asked for my dad’s phone number and we gave it to her for the little check thing. We didn’t have a receipt but luckily he was a loyalty member.. then she goes, “why don’t you do a little shopping so I can check these.” My dad said no and said we could wait. She got pissy and gave us a literal attitude for us being patient lol. Then she asked for my dad’s number again and that didn’t go well as my dad got mad and we just left the store. This Burlington Coat factory store here in Attleboro is ridiculous, I had to let 3 people pass me in order to pay because they only have 2 registers open and one of them did not take a Burlington credit card as a form of payment. I was about to leave the line along with my items. I really do not recommend this store. The managers need to do something if you are going to have only 2 registers open because the least you can do is make sure that the register chosen can take every form of payment.
