This location of Kroger is one of my favorite grocery stores. They have a great deli, cheese bar, and bakery that does customizable birthday cakes. There's a good selection of meats and seafood on a normal basis. The produce section is full of mostly local fruits and veggies, which is nice. I also like that they have a little place to get sushi in the front by the deli. There's also a decent selection of Non GMO and organic food/produce, and some natural products. This store has a pharmacy and a little spot near the entrance to buy flowers and balloons. There's also a Starbucks inside. I like the convenience of the self checkout they have as well. The staff is usually pretty helpful too, and I've always had a good experience shopping here. Also, I love how they take they're high risk customers (whom may be sensitive to contracting COVID-19) such as seniors etc. into consideration, offering special hours that can be found on they're website or by calling they're phone number.

Update: a year later it's getting to be as bad as the ghetto Kroger. Items consistently misplaced or mislabeled. Have either had awful baggers or had to bag my own stuff (literally) the Last three visits. Probably because they expect everyone to use self checkout. Under trained staff, except one or two jewels. Mercy on you if you have an issue and need to wait 30 min in the customer service line for the bare minimum of service. Just go to Lidl across the street. At least they don't make you use self checkout and you'll have saved 50% before bagging your own stuff. Old: What every grocery store should be. I will drive an extra 15 minutes every week to avoid my ghetto Kroger on Wrightsboro road for this one. They have more stuff, and a Starbucks, and a food bar. Their 9.99 beer flights (10 dollars for a six pack of all the beers you want to try) are the best.

Dear Kroger, Please find the pictured car buggy and bury it 12 feet deep in an undisclosed location so my wife wont force me to push my kids around in it! It has 6 wheels, only 4 touch the ground. Of the 4 wheels that touch the ground, 2 are perpendicular to my direction of travel. I realize Georgia does not require annual auto inspections, so I can understand one might not care. If the alignment issues doesnt matter then let's address the God awful sound one must endure to navigate this thing. If you can imagine what a female moose in heat sounds like at 130dbs, then you know half of pain of the audible torture this thing inflicts. Just my thoughts, but the kids somehow love it! 5 stars because you guys save me money on gas and your vanilla coffee creamer doesnt taste like it came from a Dupont chemical plant!

I'm not from Augusta but I have family in the area. Ive been here numerous times so I know this Kroger has some good people working here but unfortunately yesterday I met one of the not so good ones. My grandmother and aunt needed to get some items but with the rain I opted to wait for them in the car. I drive around a bit and see at least 7 empty parking spots in the click list area and used one of the spots to have a good view of when they came out. One of the clickit workers "Bobby" stops pushing his crates knocks on my window and says I can't park there. By this time my family should've been almost done. I respond "ok just one second I'm looking up something on my GPS". I roll up my window, backing up one space, I look around for a spot not in the clicklist area and try to procrastinate hoping they come out the store soon. He then knocks on my window again and reminds me i cant park there. I call my mom and while its ringing he says "you're going to ignore me does that make you feel better". Again noone was parked in any of the other 7 spots around me. I roll down my window baffled at his noticeably increasing temper "excuse me". He responds "I just had someone park in 4 because you're in this one." I said "ok theres 123 -7 other spaces around me" he responds "nice to know that you can count but that doesnt validate the fact that you can't park here". i ask to speak to or have his managers name and instead of giving me a name he responds "you want my manager? To speak to my manager because you cant park here?" my mom on speaker asks me where I'm at. I tell her walmart he jumps in "first of all this is kroger" i asked for his manager again he says "why do you want to talk to my manager" my mom says read his name tag and report him. I look for his tag he says "my name is bobby in case you can't see" And walks off without giving me his managers information. thankfully I got most of that on recording and reported him to the managers in customer service as well as called corporate. To describe him, he is a tall skinny Caucasian with short hair, looked mid to late 20s. Hopefully he doesn't have a chance to harass another female in this manor. The guy seemed dangerously close the edge, over a...

Awful service. I went to get my child support from the front desk at Western Union at Kroger about 7:30 PM on Saturday night. The lady named TC who’s apparently a manger tells me that Western Union server not working at her store and I can try Walgreens. She didn’t even try. She said Publix server is probably broken too. So I go to Walgreens across the street and the man in the photo area asks if he can help me. I told him about coming from Kroger and what they told me. He said we get people from there all of time and they send people to us and blame the weather for their Western Union not working. We had a light rain this day. Well I needed more than the Walgreeens 300.00 would allow. The man working mentioned I could try Publix. I was unsure if they would have it due to what TC said from Kroger and she said they were on the same server. I went to Publix to give it a shot to get my child support. I went to the front asked them if there server for Western Union was working. Without hesitation the two workers said yes. I told them what happened at Kroger across the street. Both employees said yeah we get people from Kroger all the time. They send people here to use our Western Union. The man at Publix said rarely does weather impact the server at Western Union. It’s rare for it to not work. I got poor service from Kroger. I feel lied the lady lied to me. I’m really disappointed and very unhappy 🙁 Hopefully, they will get some better...

Flies flying around peaches and nectarines, spices not stocked. Again pricing labels were wrong and some products don't even have any pricing now. They were out of a lot of produce and what they did have either looked horrible was wilted or had flies swarming around it. Yet they had like 4 people working in produce, how is it such a mess with that many people working. The soup isle had some cart with something rotting in it, smelled like spoiled Broccoli it was gross. Not sure why this store can't get it together unless it's just poor management all around. I keep trying to give this store a chance, but I continue to get ripped off at the register then have to stand in line to get the money back from wrong priced items. Sometimes the clerks are nice and sometimes they have attitude. They still usually only have one check out line and they pretty much expect you to bag your own groceries. Go to Publix, they care and want to be helpful. And their prices are starting to be in line with Kroger, especially with their buy one get one sales they have every week! Publix also has better meat quality and prices and their produce is nice, clean looking, comparable in price and NO FLIES or rotting produce! This Kroger is the worst in the...
