Washington Walk Shopping Center — Attraction in Augusta

Something went wrong every time I came: They were out of 3 things I came for 3 seperate times. I couldn't find 1 single employee anywhere except for the cashiers when I had a question where to find something. The person at the pharmacy counter got chewed out for answering a question I asked her, then the chewer told me to go ask someone else. Who? There wasn't anyone to ask! I had to stand in line for customer service for 20 minutes just to get my $ back when an item rang up wrong. THEN as I was leaving - my shopping cart locked up on me & someone had to come over to unlock it! It was so embarrassing. They DO NOT care about customers. They can't even open up more registers when the lines get so long that other customers can't get through the front of the store. The parking lot is ALWAYS dirty & they have so much junk they're trying to sell outside on the sidewalk that it's hard to get in & out of the store. I still haven't come across anyone who works there who looks or acts like they like their job. I won't make the mistake of going to ANY Kroger ever again! THANK GOD FOR PUBLIX!!! Went to pick up Moms meds from Kroger's and as I was standing there waiting in line for about 5 minutes or so if not longer. There was 4 people behind the counter and as I was standing there a car pulled up at the drive thru. The lady looked right at me several times but instead of waiting on me she went to the drive thru and waited on that person first. Then she came over to me and started to wait on me before she got finished another car came up to the window. She then said to me that she had to get them first, and before I knew it, I told her look I've been waiting for almost ten minutes. My Aunt has been outside waiting for me and I would appreciate it if you would finish we me first, that is since you have already started with mine. Well I'm very disappointed with the service...

This store is always in utter chaos. I shop here because it is close to home and mostly decent prices. However, the isles are always crowded with displays and stock, because they seem to stock shelves all day every day but the stock is in baskets all up and down the isles still in boxes while their shevles are empty next to it. They only ever have one cashier, I almost always have to bag my own groceries. Their produce is very lack luster to say the least. The managers seem arrogant and non caring. If their competitor across the street had lower prices, I would stop shopping at this store.
