Sometimes cool, sometimes not. Delaney farm is a preserved riparian wetland area with a few historic buildings on site. The buildings are open with historical information during the daytime hours. There is only a little sun cover so bring sunscreen. It's nice for a walk, but not a long visit, really. If you want to visit for the history, I'd recommend looking up their open house days so you can ask more questions. Also, they have one "homestead day" and where volunteers dress in period costumes and talk all about life at that time. That was the one and only and maybe last time I've ever tried...
