Ordered online most times since I have a short lunch break, and regretted it every time. First two times I put to have 1/2 Buffalo sauce, and it was drenched. Third time I ordered I got back to my work and the sandwich was ice cold. When I called they said their oven wasn’t working, well that would have been nice to know so I could have went somewhere else. By this time I didn’t even have enough time on my break to have a new one made so I just threw it away. Not to mention the girl I spoke with had such an attitude and refused to give me the managers name or when she would be working next so I could call and speak with her.
It gets better. I left a survey stating my dissatisfaction and received an email from the District Manager. I explained what happened and he asked for my mailing address to send my a gift card with a refund, and here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. Not even a response from them. Do yourself a favor and go to a different subway or just don’t eat subway in general. Disgusting...
Read moreI popped in this spot recently, and want to say thank you to the 2 ladies working that night, a hispanic lady and younger darker complected lady, I shouldve gotten their names. Friendly service and the younger lady who made my 2 all veggie subs really hooked it up! 👍🏽👍🏽 I love when I kindly ask for extra olives & I actually GET extra olives, some locations really skimp on toppings! But my subs were perfectly made, closed with no mess despite the generous avo and sauce, and both wrapped up nicely. It was nice to see all their veggie ingredients were fresh and full 🙌🏽 Prolly one of the best Subway experiences I've had in awhile 💯 Thanks again ladies! For those complaining about online ordering & mistakes, appreciate those who are doing you a service. A really quick solution in fact, would be to actually walk into the store and physically interact to order...
Read moreStopped by the Subway over on Alameda and Chambers, and overall, it’s a pretty good spot to grab a quick bite. The sandwiches are fresh, and they do a great job with the veggies—they’re always crisp and taste like they were just sliced.
The staff is friendly and keeps the line moving, even when it gets busy. I went for the classic Italian B.M.T., and they didn’t skimp on the meats or toppings, which I appreciate. The bread was soft and fresh, too—definitely one of the highlights.
The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that the place could use a little sprucing up. The seating area felt a bit cramped, and the tables weren’t as clean as I’d like. But hey, it’s not a dealbreaker—just something they could improve on.
If you’re in the area and need a quick, solid sandwich fix, this Subway’s got you covered. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving...
