Phở 777 — Restaurant in Aurora

This used to be one of my all time favorite restaurants. Tonight I went in and ordered an appetizer and the chicken pho. I got my appetizer and combination pho. They kindly offered to "switch it out." They brought the new bowl out and after a few bites I realized that they had just "removed" the other meats from the bowl and replaced it with chicken. I found this out by almost vomiting after biting into a big piece of tripe. I asked the waitress and she said that is what they do when they mess up and walked away. After only eating the first few bites I asked for my check as I had full intention to pay for my appetizer. Not only was I charged for the "chicken" bowl that I did not eat I was charged for the combination bowl as well. When I asked them about it they refused to take it off my bill as they couldnt re sell it because I took a bite from it. I gave them 3 seperate oppurtunities to make it right and they did not. It also disturbs me that if I hadnt taken a bite but they brought it to the table they would have gave it to the next person, probably just replacing the meat again. It's ok food, but the service here is horrible and the wait is horrible they pick and choose who to serve first. The attitude when you ask for a menu or even when you tell then how you want you food the waiter got a nasty rude and unprofessional manner, attitude need to be adjusted. I am not getting anything for FREE so I deserve to receive good customer service especially if I was not been rude to them. Gave me a dirty fork like it was taken from a bowl and placed in the bag,you can see the grease and food i asked for another fork and never got it the waiter would walk right by me and nothing,(photos of you can see the residue) 🤢 then the waiter that took our order was super rude, I was a regular now I'm done coming here. Since we are not ordinary and we are educated, I was not rude, I am just giving my review and I did not leave them a tip. I am even going to stop referring anyone to come here. I will send them where I was treated better before coming here it was just further because I moved but I will drive another 15 minutes, it is worth the drive. I will continue to go were I was a regular before coming here, where the food was delicious and the meat is the best that is at 6th and Sable pho, with better service in town try them instead. No need to give your money where service is bad or treat you like you are getting something for FREE when you are not. I am so disappointed of this place!!!!!

Es ok la comida, pero el servicio aquí es horrible y la espera es horrible, eligen a quién servir primero. La actitud cuando pide un menú o incluso cuando dice cómo quiere su comida, el mesero tiene una manera desagradable, grosera y poco profesional, la actitud debe ajustarse. No obtengo nada GRATIS, así que merezco recibir un buen servicio al cliente, especialmente si no fui grosera con ellos. Me dio un tenedor sucio como si hubiera sido sacado de un tazón y colocado en la bolsa, se puede ver la grasa y la comida. Pedí otro tenedor y nunca lo obtuve. el residuo) 🤢 luego, el mesero que tomó nuestro pedido fue muy grosero, yo era un regular ahora que paso esto terminado de venir aquí. Como no somos ordinarios y somos educados, no fui grosera, solo estoy dando mi opinión y no les dejé propina. Incluso voy a dejar de recomendar a mi gente que venga aquí. Los enviaré a donde me trataron mejor antes de venir aquí, es un poco más lejos porque me mudé, pero conduciré otros 15 minutos, vale la pena conducir. Continuaré llendo donde era regular/clienta antes de venir aquí, donde la comida es deliciosa y la carne es la mejor que hay en 6th y Sable pho, con un mejor servicio en la ciudad, pruébalos en su lugar. No hay necesidad de dar su dinero cuando el servicio es malo o tratarlo como si estuviera recibiendo algo GRATIS cuando no es así. Estoy tan decepcionado de...

Alright I'm not the rating kinda person and this is my first time doing so.. But this really bummed me out. This was my place to go for pho and I loved it even thought some of the people waiting the place are not to kind I still enjoyed the food...Previously I've gotten a messed up order of bad meat in my food and didn't mention it..they gave me a new one and everything was fine.. So Today I went in and there ended up being a bug in some egg rolls I ordered I was calm even though it's pretty gross.. they brought me a new order..which was fine but I guess I was just Hoping they would just take that order off as well because well a bug was in my food and I feel like that's the least they could do but they refused and wanted me to pay.. So what they had me do was leave the food they remade and just had me pay for the Pho I ordered long with it.. My feelings are hurt that's it.....
