Ordered my food at 6pm for delivery to my residence. at 8pm the pizza the food was still not delivered so i called to see what’s up. when i call i tell the lady i was checking the status of my order as i ordered about 2 hours ago and still haven’t received my order and she replied “i’m extremely busy right now can ill be back with you in 5 minutes” after telling her it’s been 2 hours can i please be a priority she then puts me on hold. Comes back on the line and lets me know the food was still at papa john’s… i was like so what’s going on? turns to it they have no drivers and are using grubhub drivers… i’m so confused as how that’s my issue as i ordered directly from the papa johns app. i told the manager if the pizza wasn’t picked up couldn’t there be a courtesy call to let us know of their issue. which the manager stated they haven’t had a driver in 4 months!!!! I offered to go pick it up if there was any way to get a refund for this huge inconvenience. the “manager” refused to give me a refund and let me know it was not her problem they had no drivers. If she’s truly the manager that’s clearly the reason they have no one and no one wants to work. unprofessional. and uses her pregnancy to be rude.

Read moreI called the store have an order remade as the origina order that we picked up was inorrect. Innocent enough one would think. The person that answered (after already having a negative experience with the call center) was an extremely confrontational individual that (when asked) threw her district manager title in front of her name. District manager Katie. (Most DM's I've ever worked with never would have had the misfortune of weekend closing shifts but who am I ...) I am one appalled by the horrific customer service experience that followed. Intentional effort was put forth to provide such a poor level of customer service. Effort was placed to threaten to end my patronage with this particular location. Effort happen when I was hung up on by someone that should really rethink a customer service career path.
The experience escalated when I asked if she was going to make my order right. No. So you're willing to risk a negative online review? Katie: I receive the emails that control what goes online in our reviews and your negative post will not negatively impact me or this store. (not exact words but close)

Read moreI walked in 2/24/23 yesterday around 2:15pm. The women was on the phone and she was the only one in the store. Then she received another phone call. She told me to hold on. I said sure while she was talking on the phone and taking the order I looked at her nails. They are long and they pretty much had a whole bunch of dirt inside her nails. Once she was done with the phone call, I asked her do you guys use gloves to make the pizza she went ahead and explain to me how they do not use any gloves due to the regulation of the store. And she said every pizza place do not use gloves because of germs. Then she continue to explain to me how she washes her hand a lot in between her jobs. I asked her I said because I see there’s a whole bunch of dirt and germs in your nails I will not be ordering any pizza. I was so disgusted and I felt sorry for the people that’s been ordering there yesterday, and not knowing who was the one making their pizza with her dirty long nails, and not washing her hand and answering the phone between her making the pizza.
