Well, lets start off with the basics. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one falafel and one beef, French fries, and a 2 piece order of falafel on the side. The side order of falafel was ok. Nothing really stood out about it. It did come with a white sauce that had absolutely no flavor what so ever. I believe it was some type of yogurt based sauce. The fries were crinkle cut and good, they had a nice crisp to them and had flavor, if they had been a tad warmer they would have been perfect. The are only 4 "sandwiches" which are really gyros on the menu. Chicken, Beef, Falafel, and Combination. All sandwiches come with your choice of protein, lettuce, tomatoes and white sauce (not the same sauce that came with the falafel) and hot sauce if you please, and all on a pita bread. I ordered the beef sandwich, my sister ordered the falafel sandwich. The beef was tasty, and the white sauce they put on the sandwich was pretty good. The pita was a bit colder then I would have liked, and chewy but soft. The real problem my sister and I had was the white sauce that they drizzle over the top. It is messy. Very messy. There was more white sauce stuck to the foil then on the sandwich. Also I did want to note that the white sauce is NOT taziki sauce (what is usually on gyros) as there is no cucumber and is 'mayo' based as I was told by one of the workers. Overall the food was ok, but left me wanting something more. It isn't bad at all, just messy and the only thing I didn't like was the sauce that came with the falafel.

Honestly this is the 7th “The Halal Guys” location I’ve been to, so I’m not new to their food. I’m not lying when I say I was literally drooling on my 6+ hour drive here from NM, just because I knew we were stopping here. So this review could be biased BUT literally… the workers here were 10/10 sweet, funny, kind, and personable. They actually knew what I wanted when I said “fry platter” (had to explain that at 2 other locations), and it turned out amazing… The sauce was fantastic, but man watch out for that red! The heat can very hard on location (NY cart is unreal), but this location definitely had our eyes watering with 2 lines, and so the workers were kind enough to add more white as we joked with them. I literally bought a cooler for the drive back, and before leaving bought 50+ packets of sauce to take home. The didn’t have the BIG white sauce bag, but hopefully next time we come back, they will. You won’t regret coming here, just go try it yourself! Massive shoutout to this new location for being outstanding, thank you!

I can’t believe I’m going to say this but the music was too loud. When you can’t hear the person asking you questions about your food after 3 tries, perhaps we could be more customer friendly. It has to be irritating for the employees as well. Other than that, fantastic. So yum. I mean… just so yum. We met our 20 something son for lunch (he also found the loudness of the music annoying) We all loved it. Husband and I fell in love with kebab in Austria and we introduced our son to it two years ago in Paris. We had two platters and a sandwich. Son needs dairy and gluten free and was well pleased. We all agree it’s a shame it took us so long to try and that we will be back. Soon. The place was pretty clean. We did not use the facilities and went to Parkside Eatery to eat. The white sauce is pretty bomb and the falafels were pretty dry and they don’t come with hummus if you order a side of 6, which we found odd. They weren’t our favorite falafels for sure but everything else was really good.

stingy , Small portions, expensive, AND NOT LIKE ANY OF THE HALAL GUYS I'VE BEEN TOO. Long Beach and LA has the best Halal guys... they are always giving free platters/sandwiches out and as much sauce as you want!

Came to Denver with high expectations BUT this place is stingy and charges you for each pack of hot sauce or white sauce you get. Not to mention, I didn't get white sauce on the plate cause I wanted it on the side and they charged me for getting it on the side. SO you're tellin me its free if they put it on your plate for you but if you wanna do it yourself you have to pay. I asked the guy for 5 lines of hot sauce and he asked me multiple times if im sure cause its so spicy. IM LIKE yeah i eat here often i have rewards and shockinglyy some people can handle spicy things! irritating how many times he asked me if im sure... like yes im sure ive been going to halal guys for years. Take yes for an answer dude.

Anyways I have never been to a halal guys that hikes up the prices so much. And charges for every little thing. Next thing you know your meal is $10 more because you asked for extra sauces to go. :'(

This place just opened not long ago and it surely needs to step up their game. Not to mention the workers look like they hate their job. Walked in on an empty night and stood their for a few minutes til they actually asked...

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with The Halal Guys after my visit on February 21, 2025. My partner and I placed an order around 8:32 PM, just before closing, and while we were waiting for our food and finishing up payment, one of the employees realized the cashier who rang us up had forgotten to add on some add-ons—fries and a barbecue pita. The right course of action would have been to void the transaction and re-charge us correctly so that the prices and taxes were properly adjusted.

Instead, we ended up overpaying due to two separate transactions. But the real issue came after eating the food—we both started suffering from food poisoning, which has persisted until today. We’ve eaten at The Halal Guys many times before without issue, and we’re not rewards members, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I love the food, but 2 bad experiences in 1 night… don’t think i’ll be coming back. I feel it’s important to warn others to be cautious, especially with the meat. My partner and I are now heading to the ER due to the symptoms. It’s been a frustrating and concerning experience, and I’d urge anyone considering eating here to think twice...
