Neveria Michis — Restaurant in Aurora

Third time we have been here. Came in this evening (Friday), only people in restaurant. One young girl working behind the counter. Ordered two crepes, four milkshakes and two scoops of ice cream. First crepe she burned, had to make over, no batter for the second crepe so she had to make more. Took an unwashed blender and measuring cup and spoon from the sink, DID NOT WASH OUT NOR RINSE OUT and used that to make more crepe batter! A no no in the health department handbook. First attempt and batter burned, had to remake. First milkshake (Oreo) was mostly ice and we had to ask to remake it. Second milkshake (Oreo)was better. Third milkshake didn't have all of the ingredients in it (smores), no graham crackers, no whip cream, etc. Was very apparent this young lady was flustered (new?)as she was attempting to make everything we ordered. Took her about 35 minutes to make everything. Was bragging about this place to my grandson visiting from out of town and when we left he said, "not impressed". We will not be back. I can understand lack of workers but reusing utensils, etc from sink...

We stopped in for a quick treat and everything at Michis was so good! We got a crepa and a mangoneada, the crepa was next-level delicious. The mangoneada was sooo delicious too it was probably my favorite. I highly recommend getting it. What really made this place shine was the way Valeria treated us and our sons she’s so kind, patient, and friendly. The worker seemed to have attitude when I asked about how I can go about redeeming my reward; prior to paying. When I paid I realized I had the wrong card and asked if she could cancel it since the transaction hadn’t been completed, so I could use the card on file for points and she said no we can’t (which is okay) but she had so much attitude in her tone and face.
