This was the second Subway I visited today. The first one on Parker and Yale was locked with a hand written note on the door that said only "25 min break" no start or end time. When I initially went to the door, there was a staff member in the lobby who did not even acknowledge me. It would be one thing if they would've told me they were temporarily closed, despite it being in the middle of the day during open hours, but no, I was simply ignored. So, rather than wasting my time waiting or spending my money there, I decided to come to this location. Despite my irritation from the experience at the first location, I was pleasant to the person working at this location, paying careful attention to please, and thank you. I was not greeted. I had to repeat myself multiple times during the order process. The staff member was visibly annoyed that I was ordering two sandwiches and not just one. The staff member acted like I was taking money from her pocket when I asked for extra tomatoes on one sandwich. After I paid for my order, I thanked her. I received no response, no you're welcome, no please come again.... nothing. I hate to say it, but over the last few years, I've noticed a serious lack of customer service at most Subway locations. Sad, I worked at Subway as a teenager, and it had been a favorite of mine. I won't be going any longer. I think staff should remember, if you don't have customers, you don't have a job. Photo from...
Read moreNever coming back to this branch. I decided to order through the app as thee was a BOGO promotion, and when I arrived at the location i entered, I was yet again not acknowledged at all by the person behind the counter, and my sandwiches werent even started. I stood to the side and waited, and was still ignored as my sandwiches were made and placed on the order rack. Clearly I was waiting for a pickup order, I wasnt waiting in line to place an order, hoiw hard is it to just ask my name and hand it to me. So unprofessional and rude.
If that didnt put me off coming back here, then the fact that i actually got sick did. not long after eating one sandwich, my stomach started to feel off so i had to quickly go to the bathroom. In addition to that, I was legitimately on the verge of vomiting, so I was nearly clearing out both ends which makes me almost not want to eat my other sandwich which i got for my lunch tomnorrow, luckily it was free so there's literally zero loss if i dont. It takes a lot for me to feel ill when it comes to food, so this is a clear sign that between my last experience and this one, I should never come back here. And I wont, the customer service is consistently poor, and their sanitary conditions have become highly...

I have been eating regularly at subway for 20 years and this is one of the worst subways I have ever been to. The workers are slow and unprofessional. The lady spent a long time complaining to her coworker about a large order she had that morning, forgot I had a sandwich in the toaster and burned it. Went to make another sandwich and burned that one as well. It took her almost a full 20 minutes to make 2 footings and a 6 inch because she kept stopping to start an online order, talk to her coworker, and grab things in the back that could’ve waited until after I was gone. The bathroom area was blocked off with a bunch of tables and looked really sketchy. The last time I went here I waited almost 10 minutes before a worker even came out to help me. I don’t know who manages this subway but they are not doing a good job, that’s for sure.
Long story short, If you are planning on going to Subway in Aurora, go to the one on Iliff. In my experience, It’s the only one in town with somewhat professional workers that actually care about doing...
