However their voicemail says they have no intention of returning voice mail so once again they have turned the customer service responsibilities over to the customer which is fundamentally wrong. I got a call from a driver 3 days ago and told him I was out of town for several days. He didn't ASK if it was okay if he delivered it the neighbor, he simply told me he had done it. Protocol when I was a floral designer was we take the flowers back, leave a door tag & deliver a fresh one when the person gets back in town. Instead He left it with a 20 year old guy that lives downstairs from me who doesn't know or care. picture shown is what I came home to: flowers on the porch, in the Sun and heat with no water for God knows how long. Read moreI do not remember the name of the person I consulted with. But, she is the only reason I did not choose FFM or liked them at all. I showed up early for my appointment with my grandmother and fiance, she seemed rushed. I'm not sure if she was tired or new but her affect was not good. I was excited to come into this place because of the great things I have heard and left so disappointed. She seemed out of it and not interested in her job. She never asked what my budget was either. The appointment started with her asking what I want. I showed some pictures and told her what I envisioned. She then asked what flowers I expected. I'm sorry but I don't know. That is why I am here to meet with you. She kept asking well do you like this one? Do you like this one? I appreciate the consideration but I'm not sure what all goes well together and to me, all flowers are beautiful. I had to explain my venue: Cielo to her. FFM is on the preferred vendors list for Cielo and I am not sure why? This lady had no clue on what goes best where and how the layout was. I was also surprised to see that they didn't have votives for candles? Really? Read moreI cant even begin to say how upset I am with the wedding flowers you made. I sat with someone for 2 hours going over every detail and how much everything would cost (I even increased my budget on some items to make them perfect) what I got was nothing what I asked for. I received a call the day before with them asking questions and telling me that the designer I dealt with was no longer there. That shoyld have been my first clue. I said no carnations and I wanted hydrangeas, roses, dahlias and what did they give me carnations and not even the right colors. The table arrangements looked like something from a grocery store, hell they weren't even that nice. I even paid an extra $120 for them to use to put extra flowers on the tables and trust me they are all very skimpy. I would never suggest anyone use them. I also was supposed to have this huge arrangement in honor of my husbands mother who passed which I paid well over $100 for and I got 6 gladiolas and 2 hydrangeas.
