I have shopped in store many times but this was the first and LAST time I ever order online or do business with them again. I ordered a Christmas present on Dec 10th, with expected delivery Dec 15th. Here it is now the 19th and I have called the store, who said they shipped the item, I call USPS who says the item was never shipped. I email delivery solutions and they tell me to wait till the 21st to see if I get the package or not. I remind them this is a Christmas gift, I need to ensure the item is coming or I need a replacement ASAP. The agent i was emailing didn’t seem to care and just said again to wait till the 21st and never addressed my concerns. So I call the store again, they are now unsure if the item was shipped or not or possibly sold the last one by accident…they tell me to call customer service…so I do. I speak with a manager who after I inform her of all these issues, informs me that they could POSSIBLY refund me, but it would take 2 WEEKS!!!! Again not only is this a Xmas gift, this was an item over $100!! So now not only am I out of a Christmas gift, I don’t even know if I will receive a refund or not from this company! Even the manager tells me, “yeah that package is lost”….so then replace it!!!! When asking for the replacement, they say it could take 2 weeks for that too and not guaranteed. I am disgusted with GameStops poor customer service, lack of professionalism and horrible policies! I’m a long time customer but now, I’ll never shop there again. I feel robbed. So disappointed bc I purchase collectibles (which are not cheap) but I refuse to waste my time and money to only be stressed out on where my items and money...

When i got there the employee, who i found out her name is Ashton was really rude to start off. She then randomly started screaming for no reason because I guess she got irritated however it is her job but she went to the back and never came to the front again. Someone else had to help me out, when i tried to pick up my PS5 the other person who helped me out said that the order was already picked up by someone else and that there wasn't anything they can do. It irritated me so bad because I got charged for something I didn't receive. ☹️ They still refuse to give me one they had in stock and now it's been 4 months, nothing, I've been stuck in customer support and they refuse to help me. (A straight a student who has the best head on her shoulders of anyone i know.) I guess she thought she could embarrass me into telling her no. Instead of handing me the video game so i could look at it-like i was reaching for- she took it upon herself to read outloud the explicit label trying to make me look like a horrible parent if i went through with letting her get it. I had already said yes multiple times. It is completely inappropriate to do this. If you work somewhere you are supposed to represent that company and not your own ideology. If this issue is addressed as a whole then i believe the store to be excellent. They have great products and great prices.
