Good drinks, food. I've been here several times and experience the staff as cordial but I've been to friendlier Starbucks before and think they could step up their game a bit.
Update: I've been coming here lately a lot more than the other locations. When I am here, it's usually early in the morning within the first 1-2 hours after opening. I've gotten to know which baristas make great drinks and have a great attitude as well as which ones make me feel more like a number. There are 2-3 other locations that I should remember early in the morning but most of the time at this location, there are two young ladies working that are awesome and friendly. I need more of that from this Starbucks
Update. I have frequented this Starbucks as well as a handful of others in the Austin area. This one is very plastic and the employees do not really go out of their way to be friendly or personable. It's what I expect from other locations. The worst thing you can be is inconsistent. It's sad that this location is not better than it is. Moving forward I will try to avoid this location and go out of my way 2 give my business two locations that do offer a little more friendly vibe.
UPDATE:
Finally bumped down to 1 star. There are three cars here. It's a Sunday evening, 7:30pm. I see 3 employees inside. The lobby doors are locked and they are motioning for me to go to drive thru. There was another customer that pulled up as I did and we were both like fvck this! I want to go inside. So we both left.

For the most part, I enjoy everyone there and the service is usually consistent. I even have my favorite people. I definitely want to emphasize that!!
But, BOY OH BOY Ana (the manager in charge that day) and I don’t know the name of the other girl ( the one with colorful hair) They woke up on the wrong side of bed that day!!
We got received with a snarky remark, attitude and no care for customer service. You would think it was super busy, with a drive-thru full of cars, right!? NOPE. Not a single car in front or in back of us.
Basically, when we approached the drive-thru and mentioned we had a mobile order we got told by the employee, very snarky that “NEXT TIME” we had to wait a minimum of 5 minutes!! Even, if that was true, it was the way it was said. The treatment did not get any better at the window with the sassiness. They made us feel like we were bothering them, like we were an inconvenience for showing up!!
Ana was dismissive, snarky and uncaring when we let her know we did not like the way we were being treated. It was mentioned we would write a review and her only response was, GO AHEAD.
I did inform her that the APP said otherwise. The APP is actually smart it will take into consideration the orders ahead and the line. So it will actually let you know pick up times!! Sometimes it’s 1min. Sometimes it’s 5min. And other times it’s been...
Read moreEdit: this Starbucks is lacking in proper customer service they have listed that they are sold out of non dairy strawberry and cream cold foam but they have listed it in a way that also lists the option no non dairy strawberry and cream cold foam so even though I took the non dairy cold foam off and put the dairy cold foam in(which they are not sold out of) it won't allow me to finalize their order in the app and this wouldn't normally be a problem but they also refuse to answer their phone when I called them (all 17 times) so that I could manually put in the call ahead order and so until they can begin to properly represent the Starbucks family I'm afraid this review will remain to warm people of the substandard customer service they are likely to receive here
And all of Starbucks needs to admit that delivery is not everywhere since no Starbucks in the entire city of Austin that I could find actually does delivery
I love Starbucks but this one is not only substandard but continues to drop it's standards every time I use them and I would suggest that Starbucks Corp send in a customer satisfaction professional to get them back in shape for their duty to properly represent the Starbucks family ASAP as this particular Starbucks fails to represent the Starbucks family that I have always used for my caffeine related needs since pikes peak in Seattle to the present day off these conditions persist I will be forced to find a new place to get my coffee I hear...
