I’ve purchased 12 pairs of Golden Goose sneakers for my wife—she absolutely loves them, and I’m fine with the premium price tag because it makes her happy. That said, every time I walk into the store, I feel like I’m being judged or brushed off. It’s hard to tell if they think I can’t afford the product or if I’m just wasting their time.
What’s even more frustrating is watching young, obviously wealthy kids walk in and get treated like royalty. The difference in how people are treated based on appearance or perceived status is pretty obvious and honestly disappointing.
I’ll keep buying the shoes because my wife loves them, but the in-store experience really needs work. Respect should be universal—regardless of how someone walks...

There were two girls helping me and my family to choose our pair of shoes, they made me feel special and of course made me feel excited to buy "my first pair" as they both said. One of the girls even went to the storage place out of the store to get my dad's size. If you want golden goose, come here, they can also do art in the shoes, the art is made by one of the girls who helped us, and she is definitely talented, they also offered us water, I know is just water, but is still the small details that make the whole experience so much fun...

I cannot remember their names, but they helped my best friend and I last week (weds 7/12). They didn’t have my size in a shoe but they searched high and low to try and find it (even went to their storage facility!) and my best friend bought her first pair.
