This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disgraceful experiences I’ve ever had at an arcade, and it completely tarnished what should have been a fun celebration for my friend’s birthday. While we patiently waited in line for a game, we observed a group of kids monopolizing the machine, repeatedly cycling through turns without allowing others a chance to play. Rather than addressing this blatant lack of fairness, an employee shockingly chose to berate and threaten us with removal simply for waiting our turn. The treatment was not only unwarranted but also deeply humiliating, leaving us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Arcades are supposed to foster enjoyment and inclusivity, but this establishment clearly prioritizes neither. I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to seek out a venue that actually values...

The most amazing experience for all the wrong reasons.

I was excited to bring my 6 year old in and wanted to surprise him. We walked in and he HATED it, it was too loud, too bright and overstimulating. We were there for maybe 15 mins mostly because I was trying to help him push past the fear. This experience was not for him but the biggest SURPRISE was how kind and amazing the employees were even offering me a full refund. I was blow anyway by their kindness and understanding. I appreciate their willingness to see that some of us may have sensitivities that we don’t quite understand. Truly even though we didn’t get the full experience, it was just amazing to see the staff in action. Thank you so much. Terrible experience. There are way too many people allowed in at one time which forces you to stand in line for longer than most of the games run. The time deducted from your play time is not actually reflective of your play time. We may have played some games for a mere 30 seconds before getting kicked out of the room to retrieve our time remaining to see that 3-5 minutes were deducted at a time. To make matters worse, on our last game, an employee rudely walked in with another guest looking for something during our last few seconds of play. It killed our time with no apologies from the staff for completely disrupting our last opportunity to play. Way too expensive for what you get as more time is lost in the hallway than playing.
