We were in Austin for a few days and already craving for some Nepalese authentic foods, especially mo:mo. Found this place via google search and visited. The mo:mo were delicious and of very authentic Nepalese taste. Reminded of mo:mo from gulleys of Kathmandu or Patan. This was by far the best mo:mo I have had in the US. The owner is a very young gentlemen who is courteous, polite and respectful. If you are in Austin, try this place, you won't regret. I have a few friendly suggestion for the improvement of the atmosphere though:
Waste disposal could be little better. The trash can was broken/ old and attracted bugs. The silverwares should be stored in proper closed or at least partially covered containers, not in open.

A friend of mine who is Nepalese recommended that the momo and soups would be vegan. However, when I tried to order the staff warned me that nothing on the menu was vegan- which I appreciate being told.
Still, when they described the ingredients nothing was non-vegan. Nevertheless, they insisted it wasn't vegan.
Very disappointing . Would love to try these dishes and I understand they can be made vegan. Perhaps they are actually being made vegan here, but this trailer does not...
