Victoria's Secret & PINK — Attraction in Austin

LAZY WORKERS, GO TO NORDSTROM INSTEAD: I went into the store last Wednesday (2/12 around 5:30pm ish) in search of a bra as I (even at 21 years old) have never owned a 'real' bra before and did not know my size or anything. I walked into the store (where there were maybe 3 customers shopping - none being helped) and standing at the front was a worker leaning on the display looking at her phone. I was not greeted, but I needed help so I walked up to her. I told her that I have never owned a 'real' bra and that I did not know my size or anything. She LITERALLY just sent me to the back of the store (pointing and could not even bother to walk me 20 feet to the section I needed), and offered no help with sizing etc even after I told her I did not know my size. I walked around aimlessly (unsure of what section she suggested I look at) while another worker joined her at the front to chit chat. After about 5 minutes of looking around (still while the workers were gossiping at the front) I left and walked to Nordstrom where the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The staff at Victoria's Secret at Barton Creek Mall is a joke. Whoever is paying their hourly wage should know that they are paying employees to stand around and gossip. I'd go back and see which workers were on shift if I were the owner/manager! Awful service and will be going to Nordstom in the future! Just purchased a bunch of things there, then when me and my family were heading the door out from the Pink side of the store, this lady was closing the door, we started asking her to wait for us to exit, she was a few steps of us and completely ignored us and continued closing the door in our face, very rude person when talking to us and offensive body language that I’m pretty sure doesn’t represent the brand, just common sense lady, wait for the customers to exit, smile, say thanks for your purchase today, have a great night, instead of treating us like garbage, not even making eye contact and pointing us to go around through the whole store to exit. To the manager: you shouldn’t have people like her facing customer, probably giving her responsibilities in the back of the store when she doesn’t need to see or talk to people would be a good idea, we are not coming back to this store. Awful customer service, please provide basic customer service training to...

VS new underwear is not for me: The employees are always welcoming and super nice. They keep the place tidy and always give back honest and positive feedback for my questions. Unfortunately, most of the underwear that PINK and VS have in stock is completely made of polyester like material or very thin cotton. Their underwear have been the same disappointment for the past year. It’s almost a hit or miss shopping underwear there. I would try online shopping but I dont want to deal with the shipping fees and theres a very good chance that i will be returning the items by the time i get my item. Thats why i shop in store because i can physically FEEL the material that i know i prefer. I sound picky but I’m spending about $100 for 5-6 pieces...
