My friend and I visited this location about a couple of days ago. We had ordered two drinks. A girl who was not Ashley took the order and I moved aside to wait on my drinks. Two drinks popped up, they had called my name. We grabbed the drinks, one had said Brittany and the other no name right next to it. I politely noted to her I had added some whip cream and drizzle. I'm not an angry or unreasonable person. I'm patient and understand it can get crazy working at a Coffee Shop. I've worked all sorts of places and think nothing but superb customer service should be given. If a problem arises a employee should never embarrass the customer like Ashley had talked to me, like I was a little kid stealing candy. I'm a grown woman. At that point, we were already drinking out of the cup. Ashley then snapped at me loudly in front of the customers asking if It had my name on it, rolling her eyes. Ashley told me it wasnt my drink, it's a mobile order and when it had a green tab that the order is mobile. I apologized. I don't understand why Ashley had made a big deal, embarrassing me, explaining her job to me and how the orders are put out angrily. So unnecessary. I then asked Ashley what her name was and manager's. This is why I will never visit Starbucks again. She said her manager's name was Jessica. How can you have a person like Ashley working for your company? She's a reflection of the company and it was greatly unprofessional and a...
Read moreEverytime I visit this Starbucks the staff never fails in messing up my order no matter how specific I place the order. In addition to getting my drink wrong the staff is extremely rude and rejects my request to speak to the store manager. Since this is not a corporate store (ie: Not owned by Starbucks) the standards allow for this negative behavior to flourish. On my last visit I had to tolerate name calling by one of the associates and the team lead “Zoe” accused me of being rude to his staff when I tried to address the matter of
•Waiting for over 25 minutes for my drink order when there were only 3 people ahead of me.
• No one calling my name to let me know my order was prepared/ready.
•Drink order being wrong even though I was very specific and reiterated the order to the cashier …in fact the order sticker on the side of the cup was correct the barista just decided to not pay attention and make a completely different drink.
•The barista used dirty utensils while remaking my order and called me “Honey” and “Silly” when I expressed concerns.
•The team leader refused to contact the Store Manager essentially told me I was the problem and refused to refund my credit card and gave me cash instead to keep the tip I originally...

The line was pretty long and to my surprise there was only one person taking orders but, I wanted to get my Java Chip Frappacino on so, what is a girl to do? She waits in line that's what she does.
Unfortunately my Frappacino was very over blended and was a watery milky consistency...yuck! Of course I drank it anyway and was happy that it was on happy hour discount. The only thing that made me happy was the chocolate chunks...sadness. My guy ordered the mango iced tea and be cautious if you don't like super sweet because it is sweet tea in there.
Oh well, it happens but, I prefer the thick and frothy consistency of a milkshake which is what it is...
