The customer service skills of the individuals in this store are second to none! No matter who I worked with I was always treated with respect, and received a quality of professionalism that is hard to come by. One can easily see the amount of passion each worker has in not only the store/profession but also diving in general. I worked with Divers Two for my certification and for picking out/up my gear and I am completely satisfied with both services. For starters, the instructor I received, John, was amazing and really worked with me to ensure I would have my certification in time for Mexico. I would really recommend going private to save some time, I was able to complete my pool dives in two sessions which really helped a lot in terms of timing. When it was time to pick out my gear the two gentlemen counseled me throughout the process and highlighted the pros and cons of each piece they had in comparison to each other. Overall, I left there with gear that I was really comfortable with and that worked with my budget, the prices are great. For example, the Aqualung i330R is priced above $350 on almost every website I saw it on but I paid $330 at the store. For my birthday I decided to get into Scuba. My cousin recommended Divers Two. Diving is intimidating, period. A different world and atmosphere. Now think about when you go to try something new. You’re unsure, uncomfortable, and nervous. Most of us May experience anywhere else staff that may be dismissive, inattentive, and more. Divers Two are the complete opposite. From Joe, Anne and Dan… to Instructors Frank, Nick, Joanne and Al. There was NEVER a moment where I felt no one cared or blew me off. A shop with Class, patience, kindness and more.

All my life I’ve been in customer service and I can promise and swear that the lovely people at Divers Two are some of the best. They go ABOVE and BEYOND… I feel that’s an understatement. I have been using divers two as my primary dive shop for 12 years. They are the go to place for quality equipment and training. They are competitively priced and though sometimes you can get a better price deal online or other shops, you won't ever get the service they offer. If there's ever a problem with anything purchased they will take care of you and make sure you have what you need and your equipment is safe. Joe is happy to give advice or a simple fix for free when I've had issues with various pieces of equipment. Though I occasionaly buy some non essential equipment online, I would never trust anyone else with my life support systems like my regulators. They rigorously inspect and service mine every year and then review everything done with me and I am confident that it will function as needed when I'm diving.
