Gateway Pavilions — Attraction in Avondale

There are a lot of great stores in this big location, but good luck making it through the parking lots alive. Whoever designed the parking and roadways must have been drinking heavily. They don't believe in straight lines, or stop signs, or consistency. Four-way stops, two-way stops...good luck.

Additionally, and worst of all, someone has allowed Chick-fil-a to take over the parking lot and completely encroach on Petco's space. They've blocked access to Petco completely unless you know how to get in by driving around back by the garbage area. Then, good luck getting a spot to park because a good 75% of the spaces are blocked by Chick-fil-a. It's been this way for several years. If I managed Petco, I'd be demanding a rent reduction due to loss of business. I know I don't go there unless it's Sunday, and the spots are still...

My daughter's and I went to this absolutely wonderful Mall . I will tell you that it's a Hispanic Mall. The first place we went to was a fabulous lady who makes doughnuts. I know it might crazy , but those were the best doughnuts I have EVER HAD , and I'm 59 and have had doughnuts from San Francisco bay area and other states. We were able to find my granddaughter some Volleyball shoes , the best part of this is they were cheaper their. The have stunning ball gowns, shoes, furniture , etc. Ohh and let's not forget Lots of Mexican restaurants. I would definitely recommend this Mall you really must go. Don't be intimidated by walking through the door and see nothing but Hispanic atmosphere. We will continue to go there. Please find the wonderful lady who makes the doughnuts. Won’t ever be spending a dime here again. The rent a cop a home monitor security guards will harass you just like they harassed me. One of the security guards put a sticker on my window warning me. I was going to be towed because I was parked there for four hours. I had dinner and saw a movie! So apparently you can’t park long enough to have dinner and see a movie pick one because if you are there for four hours, they will try to tow you. I’m sure if this idiotic security guard asked all the businesses if they wanted people towed after parking for four hours they would all say no. I spent about 50 bucks here tonight and it will be the last penny I ever spend here. Too many options to waste time with security that will harass you when you’re just trying to spend...
