Our experience with Lina home furnishings was both good and bad. There show room were easy to navigate and find what we were looking for. For the most part we like the furniture and the pricing.
Their furniture must be delivered without inspecting it prior to loading in the truck. If it had been inspected, much of our problems could have been avoided.
Pieces that were damaged in transit and or damaged before delivery were replaced. This happened twice with large orders for living room dining room and bedroom furniture.
They’re were commitment’s to return phone calls which never happened and emails were ignored. It took multiple calls and multiple emails to resolve the problems.
We still have a wall unit that was built incorrectly and was delivered to our home without inspecting before delivery. Lina furnishings salesman claims that they will repair it. He made a commitment to call yesterday and set up appointment but again, I never heard from them. And so far no call today. Another broken commitment. Very poor customer service.
If the Lina’s employee would have follow up on this order to confirm availability this problem could have been avoided long-ago. I don’t understand why a furniture manufacturer will build a console unit and build and sell two peers to go with it that don’t fit and refuse to do...
Read moreEric was outstanding! Helped us find the set we want at the price we could afford.... However, I do not recommend doing business at this furniture store whatsoever. We have nothing against Eric. He was great at his job, but he gave us false information about when we could expect our furniture. We were told our furniture would arrive at Lina's in 3 to 5 weeks. When we called the store after 5 weeks had gone by to find out the status of our furniture order, we were informed that it was going to be an additional 6 1/2 - 7 MORE WEEKS before our furniture would even arrive at Lina's; let alone be delivered. If you do not have a time requirement for when you need your furniture, then you can do your business here. We, however, needed our furniture within 2 months because we had family coming to visit. Also it should be noted that their website does not work and they hardly ever pick up their phone. It was like pulling teeth to even talk to someone about our order to the point that we actually had to go to the store to get a status update on our furniture. We are incredibly unsatisfied, and now we're having to get furniture at the literal last minute because of their inadequacy of getting furniture in a reasonable amount of time. He even stopped working on his own work EVERY SINGLE TIME WE CALLED FOR HIM TO HELP US WITH ANYTHING! Yoooo, IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE CAUSE ANYONE ELSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD’VE BEEN VERY ANGRY WITH ALL OF THE ATTENTION I NEEDED ! HE DID THAT AND WASN’T EVEN SURE IF WE WERE GOING TO SPEND ANY MONEY OR NOT IN THE STORE ! I KNOW I CALLED HIM A WHOLE LOT LOL BUT, he made us feel at home. HE HAS MADE OUR HOME AS BEAUTIFUL AS HIS PERSONALITY WAS WITH US! My mother was very satisfied and my daughter was very hangry ( hungry) lol sorry.
