I’m very glad there’s a new grocery store in this space. It’s easily located with a good sized parking lot. They have everything I need, plus some specialty items and don’t break the bank.

I am so amazed how beautiful and colorful the flower arrangements are. Gina Balzano does a outstanding job at this Giant store.

Most shopping trips are average overall , as far as ratings apply. But I often have had fresh produce that is not sweet and they’re soft in touch, opposed to being firm as fruit should be. The cuties brand small oranges are rarely sweet and are soft, grapes are softer than they should be, and the berries are way too tart. It’s frustrating because it’s extremely inconveniencing and by the time Im able to make it back to the store, the produce ends up getting even worse and im afraid the store will not accept the return request. This has happened many times. It causes lots of food waste and it also makes me waste money and my kids don’t get the nutrition of the fruits. I usually end up losing my receipt so I just give up and take it as a loss. This has been going on for at least two years. Next, my issue is with a few of the employees. I’d say about 30% of the employees have been so rude and mannerless. The ones Im referring to are ignorant and short tempered when it comes to self checkout mistakes that I have made , usually because of the scan and scale section of the bagging area so the machine knows the item is bagged. It’s usually the older man (in his 60s-70s) who is rude and unfriendly. I’ve dealt with him & a couple others that work in the self checkout section and most have been rude and unmannerly. Lastly, it often feels like the cashiers hate bagging. Ever since stores abided by the being your own bag law, the cashiers do not bag appropriately. They put way too much in a bag without double bagging or they just put too much in a bag and my bags end up stopping upon carrying to my house. When the cashiers have baggers to help them, I do t have the same issues. There are MANY GREAT EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT. There store as a whole, I’d give a 75% out if 100%, but if these few bad things were changed, I’d give a 110%. It’s convenient to have a store in the neighborhood and I always get good discounts with my rewards # when I use my clipped...

Not a friendly experience I walked in to this store after the fireworks on 7/4. I was advised by the security person that they would be closing in a few minutes. I acknowledged him and said that I knew what I was getting. I grabbed most of the things, but got stuck in one aisle looking for a particular item, when the closing time came.

Now, I have worked in many a retail store and I know that no one likes to hang around too long after closing... but I have NEVER yelled at a person to "get out" of any store I have worked in. It is fine to remind people, make an announcement and encourage them to finish up... but to yell at them is extreme.

So, the closing time came up. My kiddo and I were in the chip aisle, very near the self check out when the same security guard yelled down the aisle at me that the store was closed and "You need to leave". I did not see the item I was looking for and turned to leave the aisle and walk to the self check out when another employee says to me "we're closed, time to get out". I said "I'm going to the check out!" THEN, after being yelled at twice, they made the FIRST announcement that the store was closed and to head to the checkout... in a nice manner. The workers on the floor could take a lesson.

So, I am checking out, after being yelled at to "LEAVE" when another employee brings a man in from outside and says, "Its ok he only has to use the restroom".... Are you kidding me? So, letting a guy in to use the restroom is ok, but someone who is spending money in your store needs to "GET OUT". They cant give me a few minutes to finish up, but they are ok with this guy just using the bathroom??

I wont make the mistake of going into this store again. Rude employees and frankly high prices are not worth it. I will continue to shop at...

VERY UNSATISFIED!! So I placed a big order. $770. Some. To start off… I NEVER received a call for any of the sub’s nor what I preferred as a sub for other out of stocks! I got my order and they bagged over $80. Worth of lunch meat with RAW chicken!! they gave me smaller packs of hotdogs and cheese without marking it as substitutes so I still was paying for the big packs instead of the little packs that I received. My bread was smashed COMPLETELY!! And when I called I spoke to the man who answered he said Im sorry we was real busy on Big orders and could not call you about substitutions or replacements. He went further into saying I can give you a $20. Credit!! Which blew my mind considering I have over $80. ALONE worth of contaminated lunch meat I can not use!! Let alone the food I was over charged for!! This was a BIG INCONVENIENCE and his little $20. Offer was a slap in the face!! I will be cancelling my delivery subscription Only because I do not want this store receiving my future orders and this way I can pick up my orders next time so I can receive them from my recommended store (#166) that actually calls and gives good replacements. My biggest recommendation is to let your employees know that raw meat DOES NOT go with anything else but raw meat!! I would think that would be common knowledge… but...
