I visited Taco momma today for the first time. I came in with my girlfriend and we were greeted by one of the servers name Neil. Neil grabbed some menus took us to his section and sat us on the comfy booths and he went over the menu with us and recommended some of the margaritas to us. He suggested their picanrita and he said he had some jalapenos in it and the cozy cadillac we wanted something sweet. He also suggested the southwestern eggrolls and guac in a half shell. He also suggested the loco burrito and the dos amigos fajitas. He also suggested the meadow in the sky and 400 ruby red. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and we asked Neil what recommendations he would suggest and he told us anything with corn would be good. Neil was so accomodating and even asked his manager what other recommendations they might suggest. Everything that Neil suggested was wonderful from the drinks to the apps and the entrees and even tried to sneak in some flan or churros or tres leches for dessert at the end. During our experience neil was always checking on us and provided such outstanding service to us. He really looked like he enjoyed his job joking around with other guests and just making us feel right at home. Neil made such a first great impression and down to the last. He got us our happy hour drinks and they were wonderful . Great jobs bartenders. Neil was such in control around his tables and always checked on everyone. He even told us a little about the restaurant and their other locations. We will definitely be back and will definitely ask for Neil . You were amazing and give you a 10 + plus rating. We will tell our other friends about this new diamond we find and Neil our server. Folks this is a great place and they treat you with such great hospitality and great food and drinks. The margaritas were the best around....

My family and I came to this restaurant based on the review of someone and TikTok video. As we walked in , a group of people were arguing loudly with one of the waiters that we almost walked out. Firstly, we had to ask for service as we waited 10 minutes without anyone coming over. Although the food came out fairly fast, several items had to be sent back because the food was wrong. The manager had to come out and ask what was the problem because so many plates were sent back. We had to ask for the wait time on the correction of the last plate which then took an additional 10 minutes after the other corrected plates returned. My cousin was asked, “so you didn’t like your fajitas?”by the manager. My cousin stated, “I ordered steak and this is chicken.” The manager then says, “oh, she (the waiter) made a mistake?” When it was time to pay, 20% was automatically charged to each of our cards without permission. When we asked about it, the waiter mentioned, “I’m sorry. I didn’t realize that it automatically charges that after a certain number of guests.” There were only four of us, by the way. No effort was made to reassure us that this would be the case and this was not shared beforehand. The environment was a bit tense. Some sort of seemed on edge and others seemed to be in their own world. Not really sure what the other guests were arguing about with a receipt when we walked in but I imagine it was the same thing or something similar. Please, have better service and at best communicate. People pay money for good food AND the experience/atmosphere. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Just another tip, a dash of salt for the food would be even...

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was nothing short of a culinary delight. The steak tacos were nothing short of spectacular. The tender, perfectly seasoned beef were a testament to the chef's skill. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with a delightful interplay of savory and smoky notes. The accompanying toppings and salsa elevated the dish to new heights, creating a harmonious and delectable ensemble. The shrimp tacos were a testament to the restaurant's dedication to fresh, quality ingredients. The margarita at was a work of art in a glass. The blend of tequila, citrus, and just the right touch of sweetness was perfectly balanced.

The tres leches dessert was the grand finale of an extraordinary meal. Moist, decadent, and infused with the richness of three different milks, it was a heavenly indulgence. The texture was just right, striking a harmonious balance between creamy and sponge-like. Topped with a luscious dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel, it was a fitting end to a remarkable dining experience.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a comfortable space to enjoy the culinary delights on offer. The service was attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall...

This place is a complete catfish from what you see online. The music is muffled and sounds like it’s coming from a cheap speaker to start. Then, the michelada had no tequila whatsoever. It tasted like watery beer, and when we told the bartender, he insisted that he had put alcohol and didn’t remake it for us. Then, we ordered the chips and salsa. The salsa said “authentic homemade salsa”, but definitely looked like Tostitos salsa out of a jar and not only that, but is given to you in a side container that is typically used for side dressings etc. We tried to send it back and they never did, so we left it sitting there untouched. However, when we got the bill it was still on the bill and I had to again tell him we didn’t want it and to take it off the bill. Lastly, the quesadilla was extremely dry and the sides were again disappointing. Avoid this place and go to little Havana or blue agave or literally anywhere else.

I wish I could give more stars!! The place is nice, very conveniently located and has ample parking space. The restaurant itself is very cozy and has a large seating capacity with a colorful and tasteful decor- especially the parrot chandeliers! The owner is a gem - he’s kind, attentive, very very knowledgeable about food and ensures that you get the best service. The food is very well presented and tastes good. The server/bartender however was kind of off- he didn’t really understand what we wanted and seemed to be confused or overwhelmed. My only suggestion would be to include some vegetarian and or vegan options for happy hour and also stop those weed smokers from loitering outside when the doors are open . Overall this is one of the best places I’ve been to in Baltimore. Thank you!!

This Mexican spot has its charms. The atmosphere is intriguing, offering something a bit out of the ordinary that sets it apart from your typical taqueria. When it comes to the food, it's solid. The standout item is definitely the burrito - make sure to order it "wet" for the best experience. It's a game-changer that elevates the dish to another level. On the downside, the drink prices are a bit steep. You might want to keep that in mind if you're watching your budget. The service, while not terrible, could use some fine-tuning. It felt a bit disorganized at times, but overall it was acceptable. Despite these minor hiccups, the place is worth checking out. The unique vibe and tasty wet burrito make up for the slightly high drink prices and occasional service inconsistencies.
