Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

WRONG ORDER AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! I put in an online order for toasted ravioli, sweet tea, and a garden salad (no croutons, no cheese, extra tomato and extra onion). I go to pickup, and am told there is no sweet tea, to just grab a soda instead. I told the guy at the counter I do not want a soda, to just refund the drink, and he walked away. He comes back after I did not leave and asked what I am waiting on, and I reminded him the refund. He told me he can't refund me because I ordered online (I ordered from Ledo Pizza website, not a 3rd party site). He then called his manager, and he told the associate to just give me cash for the drink. I go to leave, and realized there was no dressing with my salad, so I asked another associate for the dressing, and she tried to tell me that I ordered my salad with no dressing. I double checked my receipt just to make sure I didn't click the wrong thing online, and it definitely said oil and vinegar. She begrudgingly went and got a dressing cup for me. I got to work to eat, and realized the salad was incorrectly made. There were no peppers on the salad and no extra tomatoes (there were 2 total tomatoes in the entire salad). I called for a refund because I'm not paying $8 for a bed of lettuce, and the associate who answered the phone said he'll discount it the cost of 1 topping (peppers come with the salad, it is not an additional cost) and I said no. Again, I am not eating a bed of lettuce. He said if I want a refund I have to come back to the store with the salad, which is 20 minutes out of my day while I am at work, and I said no; they can come pick it up if they want it. He hung up on me. Now I am reversing the cc order and will not be back. Ledos has lost a customer. I recommend going elsewhere...

My friend and I dropped by here after a shopping day for lunch. She had eaten here before, so it recommended by her and I have to say, this was a great recommendation. The service was the BEST part of dining here. The young lady who served us was extremely sweet, patient and accommodating to our needs. It was like eating at a restaurant you've been to so many times that the employees are familiar with you, a very fun and comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub with seasoned fries (old bay seasoning on top) and my friend ordered a cheese steak sub with regular seasoned fries, no old bay. I ORDERED CARRY OUT FROM THE FORT AVE. LOCATION FOR LUNCH. IT WAS THE TURKEY BACON. I ASKED FOR IT WITH NO MAYO AND NO TOMATO. AFTER I PICKED UP MY ORDER I NOTICED IT HAD BOTH TOMATO AND BACON ON IT, I THOUGHT, NO PROBLEM, IT HAPPENS, AND I TOOK IT BACK TO GET THE CORRECT ORDER. AFTER TELLING THE FRONT COUNTER, IT APPEARED THE KITCHEN DID NOT WANT TO CORRECT THE ORDER. THE GIRLS UP FRONT WERE YELLING THE KITCHEN AND THE KITCHEN WAS YELLING BACK. THE GIRLS THEN GOT ON A CELL PHONE AND WAS TELLING "SOMEONE" THAT THE KITCHEN DID NOT WANT TO CORRECT MY ORDER. THIS WENT ON FOR 15 MINS WHILE I STOOD AND WATCHED (WITH NO LUNCH). WORST LEDO LUNCH EVER!!!!! I THEN ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND LEFT. I WORK IN THE AREA AND I WOULD NEVER LET MY BRAND NAME BE EMBARRASSED...
