While my husband and I haven't had the chance to experience the buffet at Kumari in Fed Hill yet (which we're eagerly looking forward to), we've made ordering takeout from there a regular part of our dining routine, and it never fails to impress.

One of our absolute favorite items to order from Kumari is their chicken Momos. These little pockets of deliciousness are a taste sensation, with flavorful filling and perfectly steamed dumpling wrappers. They're a must-try for anyone who enjoys Nepalese cuisine.

Consistency is key, and Kumari delivers on that front every time we order. The quality of the food, even for takeout, is top-notch, and we appreciate the attention to detail in every dish.

I don’t know whether the Fort Avenue location is the one that delivers through grub hub/Uber Eats. The food is ordered online was really great- both the momos and the biryani. However, the buffet should be avoided at all costs. We went on Black Friday and we’re the only people in the restaurant. The food was STALE and just warmed up. The samosas were hard and crusty, the mint chutney had excess food colouring and/or celery and tasted nothing like what it should. There was just ONE vegetarian option - aloo matar and it lacked in flavor too. The only “sweet dish” called kheer was neither sweet nor fresh. Excellent excellent food! I usually am very hard to impress with Indian food since I grew up eating South Indian dishes made by mom and grandma that can’t be beat. I will say this, cute restaurant, great ambience, staff is great and the food is flavourful! Reminds me of my grandmas cooking. Thank you for the wonderful meal you guys.
