Mt. Washington Arboretum — Attraction in Baltimore

This is just close enough only 8 min from civilization But still quiet enough to breathe fresh air in peace ! Large bubbly clear clean River runs along the entire trail. Lots of flora & good spot for many birds 😀. It's well taken and maintained because it is not a park . It is Baltimore branch of National Audubon Society who manages and Protects this wooded area . Also they have a thriving Bee Hives maintained and set up away from the main trail . The doors are unlocked but just closed so don't be intimidated all who RESPECT nature are welcome ! NO LITTER...

This is a cute little park nestled at the edge off the Mt Washington Village. Open most days from sunup to sundown, the park features gardens, a pond, bee hives, and more flower and tree varieties than I was able to take in on a single trip. While the arboretum is small, there is plenty to see, and lots of benches to sit and take in the views. I'm definitely heading back again soon!
