It was through that obstacle that I was able to see Erica and her team troubleshoot, problem solve, and smile through the ordeal instead of just shutting down. Read moreMet Erica, the owner, this morning when my colleagues and I walked over to the shop for some breakfast smoothies. She was very personable and all of the smoothies we ordered were delicious! I had the Beet & Berry Smoothie and it was the right balance of sweet and earthiness; very tasty. Also shout out for the cream cheese pound cake with lemon icing - I inhaled that slice.
