Nails Expo — Attraction in Baltimore

Today, was the second time I visited the salon in 8 years. The first time before today was Mother's Day weekend and Anna had done a marvelous job with my feet and legs. Unfortunately, today was a disaster when it came to my pedicure. Anna wasn't there so I thought I'd give Shelly a try. I had interactions with her before and took a liken to her because she is a funny and down-to-earth person. However, when I'm spending my money I expect to receive great service. And no one is going to tell me what I want or need and then do what they want to do.

At that point, the jokes and fun go out the door and that's what I did...walked out in the middle of service. Then they laugh amongst themselves and speak in Spanish as if you don't understand what they're saying. I may not speak or understand Español 100% but I definitely can read between the lines.

Every time I've gone to their salon I spend top dollar not including the $20 tips. But I will not be going back there again. If you want to know if I gave her a chance to get it right? Yes! Several times! I told her repeatedly what I wanted and she insisted on doing it her way. All the while, she's speaking in Spanish to her coworkers and laughing. I don't have any photos to share because I immediately went to another salon and had them undo what she had done. NOT GOING...

service is good, just don’t like anyone else doing my nails other than the owner. she’s very good and does great coffin style nails and rarely makes any mistakes. just wish the other workers did the same but her other workers just aren’t as good, one of them messed my nail shape multiple times and the painting. i’d much rather stick with the owner than the others, since she also tries to keep a conversation going while doing nails but her other workers don’t even...

There is a lady there who did my nails she sucked.she was messing up my French tips so bad, getting frustrated and cussing. I had to tell her to make it all white. My mail are crooked and white. She did my mail 9 month ago same crooked. I thought she probably has improved let me give her a chance but no same thing today crooked nails.
