The IHop has to be one of the worst in terms of customer service. And poor management, the reflection is in the waiters. They become indigent if I request another seating. The food takes too long to get to the table. Coffee is never ready, I have to request eating utensils each time. The only reason I keep coming is because my boyfriend lives in the neighborhood. Whom ever is responsible for the new shopping center, I thank you! It’s so nice to have a place like this in my community. I shop for my family at Lidi multiple times a week and have eaten at most of the places in the center. I can’t wait for the new additions of Jerseys Mikes, Pizza Hut and Sunnys! That being said… enough of the food spots, what about retail?! I would like to see a Marshall’s or TJ Max. Ohhhh what about a Hobby Lobby??? I absolutely love that store but I hate that the closet one is in Columbia or Owings Mills!...
