Beech Mountain Dog Park — Attraction in Banner Elk

Super excited to see a dog park as we were traveling with pets and the place we're staying really doesn't have a lot of walking. The dog park is very clean, and well kept. There is a side for large dogs and a side for small dogs. There was plenty of parking and plenty of wildlife around. The backdrop of the mountains is beautiful while you're watching your furry Friends run around smelling everything. The only thing I wish is they had more ramps for the smaller dogs, they had the big ones for the big dogs. They have a couple benches per enclosure for humans to be able to sit and watch their friends and there were also balls within the fences so that you...

Very nice dog park with two fenced in parks, one for small and one for large dogs. Many of the small dogs mingle in the large dog park. Weather is ideal for you and your dog socializing with the locals and tourists. They just built a Pavilion to provide shelter from the sun and rain. Park is grass and there are a few chairs for people to sit. Water is provided for your dog. Its a nice place to spend an hour or so with your dog...

This is an awesome park for dogs and owners alike. There is a large fenced in area for big dogs and a smaller one for the little ones. A pavilion next to the areas allow owners to picnic or just enjoy watching as the pups play.
