Had an amazing experience with Black Tie Ski Rentals during our ski trip to Beech Mountain. They made the entire process of renting gear so easy! We made a reservation and they dropped off the gear at our Airbnb and made sure everything fit perfectly. We needed skis and boots for two adults (one beginner and one advanced) and our two kids who both snowboard. They set us up with brand new equipment and the gear was terrific! We swapped out a pair of skis on the second day because it snowed, but they responded to us immediately and met us right away. Outstanding service. It was the easiest and most painless ski rental and fitting I've ever experienced. They had what we needed on hand and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They came back two days later to outfit the rest of our group. I asked one of the guys whether they could change out my son's skis thinking that they wouldn't be able to since this visit wasn't meant for us but they took care of it no problem. Rented Ski Gear for the family and experience was fantastic. Drop off and pickup were seem-less.
