Marshall's Jewelers — Attraction in Bardstown

Dropped my rings off a few months ago to get resized, there was a miscommunication with that so it took longer than expected. Got my engagement ring back and in less than an hour of having it back, one of my diamonds fell out. I immediately called them and they replaced it, no questions asked.... it's been only a couple months since this incident and the diamond they replaced is now missing again!!! I have had my rings for 18 years and I have never had an issue with losing any diamonds after work done on my rings from the jewelers I took them too when we lived in Louisville. I thought I'd give the small town jeweler a try... I was wrong. The quality of the rhodium that is used is not great either, my rings already looked tarnished again.
