Apple Valley Natural Foods — Attraction in Battle Creek

I’m glad Battle Creek has a store that offers healthy supplements and foods since meijer and Walmart are lacking. I wish Apple valley would expand so they can have more options and diversity. Would love to see Ora Organics as an option.

Also, I know the ladies working mean well but holy cow. Constant yelling to talk to each other every time I’m in the store. the lady with the short black hair and glasses is soooo loud. Every word gives me a headache. She’s very vocal and will make rude remarks. I shop here a lot and every request I make of her seems to irritate her. Just gives me a very uncomfortable feeling and I know others who’ve shopped here and said the same. After many years of loyalty I'm done shopping here. Staff will literally watch you walk around store and never ask if they can help. I contacted Chris Corzine at corporate and she wanted me to provide details via email. Instead I asked her to call me so she'd understand why I was complaining. I want them to improve and thrive. But, Instead of calling me, I have been ignored. So, instead of taking the time to talk with a customer and maintain the relationship, she seems willing to let me go.
