Our daughter had seen Frozen before our trip to Epcot, but wasn't really "into" it yet. Well, meeting Anna and Elsa in person definitely changed that. We'd kept our eye on this section of the park since we first walked in but the wait times and her love of other Disney movies kept us far away from here. After it started to rain, in the mid-afternoon, we noticed that the wait time here was 15 min and headed right over. The 15 min was so beyond not true... but what can you do. The Disney employee at the entrance was rude, the only rude Disney employee I'd heard all day. She was so busy flirting with another Disney employee that she hadn't noticed kiddos were entering in strollers and clearly had food. We got in and were waiting like everyone else when she looked at me and said strollers weren't allowed. My husband took our daughter out and held her while I brought the stroller to the parking area, which was a mess compared to other sections of the park for stroller parking, and ran back. Well, there was a group behind us with strollers, already past that Disney employee. We definitely didn't wait 15 min, I want to say it was 45 so more accurately probably 30 min. It would've been much appreciated if they'd played the movie inside Anna and Elsa's house or even just the soundtrack, but it was really nice to see all the attention to detail and the winding of the house amused our toddler. Anna was so personable and made such an impression on our daughter! She was engaging and sweet!! Elsa was a lot more reserved and didn't care our daughter was nervous. We'll be back...
