I have waited a day to post this review, so it wasn't purely based on emotions. I visited this location on 11/10/21 and it was easily the worst dining/takeout experience of my adult life. I made an online order at 6pm with a pickup time for 7pm. Upon entering the restaurant around 6:50, there was what I presumed to be the manager eating and smacking loudly at a table, all while yelling back to the employees behind the counter. I placed myself in line and proceeded to wait with 3 or so people ahead of me, but no cashier to be found for any of us for the next 5 minutes. Once said cashier appeared, it took another 10 or so minutes for her to take 3 simple orders, by this time everyone in line had the same angry look on our faces. Once I made my way to the counter and told her I was there for a pickup she had no response other than it will be out shortly, which I was confused by because I expected it to be ready for you know, pick-up that I set an HOUR prior. By this time the manager had made her way back to the back and was helping out, but could be overhead by everyone in the lobby talking about the cashier behind her back. Also there were a few more orders placed after mine, all of which ended up getting their food before I had ever been given an answer on where my order was. I'm leaving some parts out like the glue trap of a floor, the manager telling people to use the app if they don't want to wait in line, her leaving an extremely slow crew because she couldn't miss her ride home. We made a very large order, consisting of 16 pieces of chicken with sides/ biscuits, drinks etc. The first order was fresh, no one complained about the taste or anything of that nature. However the second order wasn't fresh. After me and two others ate that particular meal, we experienced cramps/ stomach aches, even vomiting. Unfortunately the individual lost BOTH receipts, I had all intentions on contacting corporate which is located in Plano, however there are no receipts, so it would be OUR word against this location manager's word. But luckily I get to post my experience here. I do understand that some fast food locations that serve chicken tend to reheat items and sell them the following day, MY ADVICE TO ALL MANAGERS please trash old items and serve fresh items to customers. I didn't expect pain from a chicken meal. I may go ahead and contact corporate anyhow. Reheating food items isn't a wise idea.
