I had a less than favorable experience here. I would not go back. The guy taking orders couldn’t hear our orders because he had his airpods in. Eventually, he took them out because he couldn’t hear anything but still got my friend’s order wrong. I got a burrito, which was listed on the menu for $10. I also got a drink that I didn’t want because the guy kept asking me what drink I wanted. My total was $19 and some change, so basically double the amount that was on the menu. I would say the service was terrible, quite frankly. In terms of food, I wasn’t expecting the best food I’ve ever eaten because, of course, this is a food court restaurant. I got a steak burrito, which was pretty good but nothing special. It would have been considered middle of the road for a $10 burrito, like it was listed as, but since it was a $19 burrito, it kind of sucked. For some reason, my order also came with six chips and a slight drizzle of queso. The chips were fine and the queso was bad. It just felt insulting to include so few chips; I would have preferred none. The spicy salsa I got was also bad. It was fairly spicy, which is fine, but the flavor was not good. I didn’t want a drink, but since I was practically forced to, I got a Tropicana pink lemonade. No complaints there, as it was pretty standard. Overall, my experience was bad and I would only go back if someone else was working and if they abided to their set menu prices. (Sorry the pictures are of my half eaten burrito. I forgot to take a picture before I started eating. I also only ate one chip before this...
Read moreThis is my first time and probably my last time eating here, which is upsetting but I don’t think I’d pay the money I paid for what I ordered again.
When I came up the person at the register looked very disinterested in being there. He was on his phone and if I remember correctly he had an earphone in one ear. He also spoke so low that it was hard to hear him over the sounds of the food court. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and no cilantro— I don’t like it, it tastes like spicy soap to me.
I got my food in record time and I had to remind the cashier that I had bought a bottle of water — $2 for a nestle pure life (buy your drink elsewhere) — and went to sit down. I opened my box to find a steak quesadilla. I didn’t mind because I’m always trying something new. It came to a surprise to me when I took a bite that there was cilantro in it. I ended up picking it all out of my piece. Either he didn’t hear me (and I spoke loudly) or the kitchen staff didn’t care to look at what they were making. I love sour cream but the sour cream I got was a bit watery as well, which wasn’t pleasant.
I didn’t bother taking it back because the guy at the register didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and I might have been bothering his phone time if I went back and I asked for no receipt so I had no way of proving I ordered chicken with no cilantro. Luckily I had someone at home who would eat it but I just know I won’t order...
Read morePretty expensive. Typically the food tastes pretty alright. The Birria Tacos and Quesadillas are pretty good, BUT the service is just not great at all. The cashier has two earbuds in and was talking on the phone while taking the order. I understand things can get slow and that hopping on your phone can help pass the time, but it just seemed unprofessional. We also had ordered the twister potatoes and while half of it was really great! The other half of the potatoes were still just raw potato. I probably won't be eating here again for a while, but just some things to know before you decide to order. Also while they have a soda fountain they do not give out free water to customers for free. so just order your water from any other business in the food court because they typically will...
