FUSIAN — Restaurant in Beavercreek

I placed an online order for two rolls. I arrived at the restaurant at the exact time the order was to be ready. After standing at the pick up area for five minutes someone finally approached me and told me that my order hadn’t even been started and that they had to make more rice before starting my order. I explained my order should have been ready already and that they could cancel the order and just refund my money. The cashier told me I would have to speak to the manager but she was busy making the rice. The manager heard me ask for a refund and made eye contact with me but refused to speak with me. They still made my order, set it on a counter and then tried to charge me a second time for the food I already had paid for. Terrible service and all the employees acted like they didn’t care and never apologized for the anything even when I got my order it was 20 minutes later than when it was supposed...

So I'm giving a review on their customer service. I bought some food, the lady forgot to give me my card back. I didn't realize it til 3days later. Found out that one of their employees to my card and used it on Only fanes. Ran up $350.00 I called the company. No calls back. Until I went to the police and they told me I could press charges. Then they want to call me. And then apologize. But nothing from this company til like I said the POLICE called. And say to me they still hope I use there company. Didn't offer a apology, a discount on a meal or a gift card. This company is only about money not their customer's. They even saw on there camera the manager putting my card in his pocket. It's a shame when they could make it right BUT NOTHING! pay...

I wish I could rate this higher, because the food itself was great. But I hesitate to call my sushi rolls, "rolls", because half of them were more S-shaped and falling apart. All I did was carry it back to work (I work in the mall so it's a short walk back) so they weren't jostled around much or anything.

Anyway, it's the first time in awhile I've gotten it and I'm willing to edit this review later if the rolls end up actually being rolls. They tasted wonderful though, so there's that!

(I'm half wondering if they were done that way as I didn't give much of a tip but I loathe the whole tip-for-everything-including-carryout-fast-food culture and am not tipping 20% for me to pick it up. If that's the case, I won't be going back no matter how good...
