Cascade Plaza — Attraction in Beaverton

I work in this little Strip Mall off of Washington Square. It's clean, safe and inviting with good discount stores available. There is Security that is present and walks around in the open air. There's no drifters, vagrants or beggars hanging about there. Plenty of easy accessibility parking. There's several different discount, department stores to shop. A short list but not limited to, Burlington, Ross and Nordstrom's Rack. PetSmart is a good source for all your pets to go for their favorites. Best Buy is just a door down from where I work there at Cascade Plaza. Electronic needs, that's the place to stop, shop and roll. They also have an ATM right when you enter the front door, right to your right... I know this because I must use it for getting cash. We don't give cash back..There's Scrubs & Beyond for all your Nursing attire needs. Something to Dine on, try Benihanas! Fresh Grill Burgers & Fries, I personally have eaten there. Yummy burgers and shakes!! I recommend this one highly for a quick lunch. Waiting time is minimal even during peak hours. They are fast!! So, that's what I've got for you... Splendid, little, hidding spot for shopping, eating, planning and having a good time without the annoyances of a larger scale...

We come here at minimum 2x a year for the past 20 years. We've had some visits that have been better than others, but our visit here 2 days ago was very disappointing. We arrived on time for our 7:15 reservation, yet we didn't get seated for 45 min. At 7:15 we are already hungry plus we had 2 young children in our party so you can only imagine how much they enjoyed that long of a wait just to be seated. Once we were seated, our chef took quite some time to arrive. We ordered an appetizer, which was completely forgotten. One of our meals had a lobster tail, which was forgotten, then after we let him know it was missing, and he got someone to bring it to him, he served it terribly undercooked. Even the manager could tell it was undercooked just by looking at it from about 5ft away. They forgot to take our picture at the end so as we were walking out we asked why we didn't get our photo, the guy said "oh! Let's get that taken right now!" They turned out to be the absolute worst pictures we have ever had taken in all our visits. We finally walked out of the restaurant at 10:30. 3hrs & 15 min after our reservation time. Nice store but our bridal consultant lacked in many areas. Made the bridal party feel like she had better things to do then help pick the perfect dress. She couldn't cordinate accessories to go with veils etc. Felt rushed and we felt like she didn't like her career choice. It is suppose to be an exciting, and sometimes emotional experience for friends and mom of the bride to see her daughter in the gowns to choose the perfect one. We felt like we were cheated out on it. Also it would be nice to offer water to customers. The other bridal consultant was very good and professional with her client next to us. We may choose a different location to try on more and hopefully have a better experience then our day we had at...
