Went there on 1/9/25 as I seen great reviews & attempted a few times to go but they were busy. Had a chance today & It was great. Eva was great with pressure & adjusting when needed. Overall, the shop was clean & nice and the message therapists were all nice & greeted me when I came in. A lot of places don't have english speaking folks who work in massage shops similar to this one.
It was nice to be able to communicate with them without having to use my phone before & during the massage to communicate with the massage therapists. Furthermore, I liked the heated bed, and the shop using coconut oil which is gentle to most skin types. I also liked how unlike most shops the massage therapist that massaged me did not pander me for a tip.
She actually thanked me as I typed her. I believe work speaks for itself & if you do a good job you will be tipped no question. Eva had great technique, as I have a neuro-muscular condition known as Fibromyalgia. Deep tissue work & medium pressure and hitting my trigger points she did a good job & was in constant communication to ask me about the pressure and if things was okay. Definitely see why this place has good reviews & is rated high. I Will be going back & referring others. Thank you Eva :) I highly recommend her & overall this place to those who haven't tried it. Very reasonably priced as well too and the hot stones were great & overall the smell of the shop & atmosphere was...
Read moreBy far the worst massage and most awkward situation I have experienced at a "spa". My sister and I left very uncomfortable and in awe. Very thankful we were in the same room during our services. There was no communication from the moment we arrived, they did not ask any questions regarding our service, just pointed us to the massage room. The massage room was down in a dirty basement, where kids were yelling in the room across from us and the room we were in was not clean and smelt awful. The door to the massage room had a window that anyone in the hallway could see inside. The therapists loudly talked and giggled throughout the 90 minute couples massage, which was very uncomfortable especially because they were not speaking English. After the massage, while we were already paying $230, the front desk lady was rudely pointing at the 20% tip sign and became upset when we tipped less. Our experience was not worth the price nor a 20% tip. After leaving the establishment, my sister and I were discussing our experience and it's very apparent that their technique used during our massages was unprofessional, extremely violating, and very uncomfortable to us.
We found this place off of Google and they had great reviews. They did accommodate us day of, however we found that the entire occurrence was very bizarre. I am very curious if anyone else has encountered the same experience...
Read moreThis place is an absolute joke.
I booked my massage this morning for 2 PM this afternoon, paid the deposit, and received a confirmation email.
I show up to the place at 1:55 and there's nobody anywhere to be seen. I wait until 2:05 and decide to walk out the front door and back to my truck. Then I receive a text from them (at 2:05 PM) that they're going to be 5 minutes late. You are ALREADY FIVE MINUTES LATE, what do you mean? I told them to refund my deposit because I'm leaving and they tried to encourage me to come back saying it's "only 5 mins" - you are a business. Whether it's 1 minute or 5 minutes, it is unprofessional.
I went 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anybody at this business. There was no guess as to how long I would be waiting or that anybody even knew I was there for my appointment. I'm not going to sit around and wait without any information as to how long my wait will be AFTER my scheduled appointment.
I had to take time out of my busy work schedule for this massage for absolutely nothing. Terrible...
