I placed an order online for the for the company that I represent, as I am the maintenance manager for my plant. The order is accepted, and I'm given an electronic invoice. A little over 24 hours later, I missed a call from them and IMMEDIATELY returned it to be told the person trying to get ahold of me was currently out of the office. I pay no mind, check on the order on my end; all seemed fine. A couple hours later, I'm emailed stating that the order could no longer be filled. So I picked up the phone in hopes of finding another alternative for my application. My call is answered in a very rude manner, from the very person who had tried to reach me earlier, and personally sent the email. Short sentences with even shorter reply I get from this representative, as he asks for my order number. I recite it off, and he says how would you like to proceed with the order. I stated that one part would be irrelevant without the other. Before I could even complete my sentence, asking if there was an alternative. He had hung up on me. Eugene Año-nuevo. Excellent customer service. They are open on weekends. We needed a few very specific parts for an electrician coming to our home Monday morning. We went to the wrong door of the warehouse. This place does not usually serve regular customers, but seems to be more focused on contractors. A worker let us in (to what appears to be the call center) and ordered our stuff for us. We should have apparently called ahead or ordered online, but he found our stuff on their computer system and sent it over to the will call area - the place we should have gone. They're the only place in Oregon that I could find what I needed in stock and could get the same day... my only issue was it was the first day of this snow storm and they were not running their trucks so I had to drive all the way to their wearhouse in Beaverton in my little fwd drive car, I feel it was a little dramatic because I made it there so I feel like their trucks should of had no issues. I couldn't decide between 3 or 4 stars, but them being open at 6:30am gave the extra nudge because I was able to go get it...
