The Hot Box — Attraction in Beaverton

This place is THE VERY BEST for all the "etcetera n accouterments" necessary for smoking/420/dabs. They have everything, its a beautiful store and the staff are out of this world! This store used to be in a different location in Beaverton and I didn't know it moved until I had to use my GPS to navigate to it from where I was traveling. It's over off Hall now. Before Cedar Hills Blvd, across the street from Wendys. Great location, Great parking! Beautiful store!

My only regret is they are not a "one stop shop" as dab n flower are not available there. But there's a green mart right up the road on Cedar Hills, in the little strip style mall that Burger King was in, and is now a Mexican food drive thru! You can even order from them online for easy pickup. And how appropriate...just next door to green shop - drive through tacos! Bingo bango bongo baby!! Hot box is just the first stop, but man, what a great location! And if you like Wildberry incense (yummy new pumpkin spice! And classicly delicious and effervescent fizzy pop!) they have a bitchen and mad affordable array of all things "smelly." OH, and a great stock of lighters, torches, tips n papers. Definitely a home-slice store. If u 420 and haven't been to the Hot Box, add it to your agenda to go by. I double-dog declare you cannot get out of there empty handed, cuz they have everything needed and even much more that is just cool as all heck, and an abundance of everything...

Came for the first time to buy a Pax vaporizer as they are listed as an authorized retailer. The employee was helpful but not particularly knowledgeable about the different kits they sell, but was perfectly nice and I already knew what I wanted so no complaints there.

When I got home, the device was fully charged out of the box but would not turn on even after I went through troubleshooting on it myself. It was defective. When I called the store the next day to let them know about the issue and ask how I can get a return or exchange, I was told that a manager “might” be able to help me, but they’d all left for the day (it was 4pm). I asked when I should come in if I needed to see a manager I was told that they should be there by 10am or 11am, but that they also might not authorize the return/exchange and I might need to go through the warranty process with the manufacturer anyway.

I’d literally had it less than 24 hours, it’s clearly not been used just by looking at it and it seems like a simple enough fix. I also work a schedule that doesn’t allow me to stop by during the timeframe given. I just decided to go through Pax at that point, whose customer service team has been awesome.

I would recommend against buying anything but...

I have been going to this store for about 6 months now. Originally they had a good concentrate atomizer in stock, me and a friend were in buying them a couple times a month. About 4 months ago, they were out of stock, and all they had were low quality ones that would break all the time. Since then every time I go in to get one I ask about the one I want. Every time for the last 4 months they make up some bullshit about how they just ordered them a week ago, and they should be in any time. This has got to be the worst smoke shop in the area. I highly recommend that you go spend your money elsewhere. None of the employees take accountability, just constantly pass the buck to the next guy. I wouldn't listen to the review trying to discredit the negative reviews. This is definitely not the place you want to shop. They just lost a regular customer as far as I'm concerned. Worst headshop in all...
