Went into this location on 8/21/18 to shop for my kids clothing. While we were waiting 5+ min in the line, there was no other customers around us. We accidentally were in the exchange line instant of the purchase one, I didn't think it was a big deal as we were the only Customers waiting for a Register to open at the time. Jennifer the employe who helped the customers in front of us do a return, was the only one on the Register. She decide to call the Customer behind us. I approached her and explained that we have been waiting in the line for the last 5min +, she ignored my explanation and apologized to the other Customer. I stayed calm as I was with my two kids that are under the age of 10 and didn't want to make a scene out of it . She continued scanning my items with out any communication with a nasty attitude, she didn't say one word even when the total was due. I swiped my debit card and payed for my items , she through the receipt in the bag and walked off. As a business owner, I would really suggest the management to hire a more professional staff that has a better customer service and is more friendlier with Customers. My sister has been dying to go to this ross, Keep in mind shes a very shy 14 year old. She never likes going out because she’s antisocial. This ross has really good stuff. Im not going to lie about that ,but we both got some clothing and she was so happy to try it on. We went towards the fitting room and the young man that was helping us was so rude to us . I don’t mind when anyone is rude to me but when it comes to my sibling its a different story. I was so upset about this whole situation because it literally took my sisters smile away. The young guy was giving both of us so much attitude. Maybe he was tired but he had no right to treat us both like we don’t deserve to be there. Once we were done trying clothing I said “ These didn’t fit” and he stopped and gave me the dirtiest look ever and said “put them there”. And I also could not shop for everything I was looking for. Because she was literally behind me the whole time. If that is the way she is supposed to be doing her job. I will not shop here and advise anybody that uses public transportation or has a backpack and was going to work. To not as well due to discrimination issues.
