Love this store! Even though the Milwaukie store, in my opinion, will always be the best TfaW store and no bookstore will ever surpass Powell's on Cedar Hills and Burnside for me, this store had great merchandise, and a large selection of comics, graphic novels, and manga. It even got me into the Unnatural and 3keys series, as well as help me discover Cat Massage Therapy and Stray dogs. Highly recommend for Beaverton locals into pop culture including comic culture, plus, the staff were nice, and the website, despite some issues, is up-to-date for those willing to buy for in-store pickup.

I’ve been a customer here for several decades. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff and great selection of new release comic books. The box customer program is awesome. consistently through the years the staff takes the time to get to know customer preferences and recommends new titles. I’ve also picked up quite a few awesome statues and action figures. While the product offerings vary over time with consumer preferences, it is the excellent customer service that keeps me coming back.

It's cool to have a comic book store in Beaverton with a pretty solid selection. I haven't yet been to the other locations so I'm not sure how this one compares, but on its own, they fit a lot in the space they have. They also have other collectibles, including figurines and posters, usually related to fandoms and geek culture. The workers here are friendly and helpful, mostly keeping to themselves, which I appreciate. Prices are reasonable as well.

The worst comic book shop and experience I've ever had in any state I've ever lived! Stopped in for the early black friday sale after recieving posts about their great sale. Found about 10 comics in the 50% off back issues, with one tagged at 14.99 and all the rest with no price tags and most not even bagged or boarded. Normally I don't mind loose comics. But I get to the counter, and they start ringing up the comics, at $49.99 (no bag or board), $24.99, and $14.99 x2. And the 2 clerks just keep saying "oops we must have missed that one" I even commented about there being 3 untagged copies of the one comic and they shrugged and told me "that's too bad, they are all $14.99! It really seems that they bank on people not wanting to put back what they found. Either that or they have the most incompetent staff in the industry! Oh, and this is after I started to look at some comics they were putting out and talking about being $1 sale books, until I was looking at them. Then they became half price. The $1 price point apparently only started Friday, even though their sale started Wednesday! I'm happy enough to drive the extra 10-15 minutes to the other side of Portland, to the great comic book stores we have in town than waste my money at this deceptive and...

A great friendly place. I was there for their funko's, which they had a lot of. They also had a bunch of comics and some games. While i cannot directly comment about their stuff other than funko's i was looking for, i can say that the shop person was extremely helpful. A couple regulars showed up while i was there and they got directed to what they were looking for and seemed pleased (based on what i overheard after they stopped talking to shop person). Also appears they will hold orders for you. Something about a box they have assigned to you. While not one of the shops i would normally goto, i do stop by frequently for their funkos and would recommend someone to check them out. They do not deal in everything, but what they do deal in they are a good place to visit. Shop person (sorry not sure if she is manager, owner, or employee) but she is...

This was my first time visiting this place. Very impressed. Tons of graphic novels, Funko pops, action figures, and high end statues. Everything was very reasonably priced. But what really made the place stand out was the great customer service. I think the fellow working the store was named Max. He knew my friend by his first name, and even allowed my wife to use my friend's membership discount when making her purchase. She found a messenger bag, and some dice that she really liked. He also went to the trouble of unboxing a statue for us, just so we could get a good close look at the detail and quality. He even offered to set it aside for us, while we considered buying it. A person really couldn't ask for more from a comic shop. A great selection, great prices, and excellent customer service. We will definitely be visiting this...
