Rama Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Beaverton

My family and I have really liked Rama Thai’s food so we’re disappointed to say we won’t be ordering from them again after multiple bad experiences with take-out/delivery orders and poor customer service. On every occasion we have ordered from the restaurant we have ordered drinks, only to have them not arrive, requiring us to seek out a refund for the un-delivered items multiple times. In our most recent order we called the restaurant, wishing to clarify whether or not they offered drinks for take-out so we knew not to try again in the future, to which they laughed and stated they just “get too busy” to send them. This was after having been placed on hold for 10+ minutes, where we could over-hear staff saying in the background “if they wanted it [food] that badly they should have gone to taco bell”. In the same order, we were missing two entire entrees/orders, meaning we ended up with only half of what we originally ordered. It’s possible these incidences were singular and coincidental, but because it has happened on multiple occasions we would rather support our other local restaurants where we have not had...

DO NOT RECOMMEND This place used to be great......Food was ok today definitely had to be a different cook because food used to be better flavored....possibly even new owners had not been in to dine in since previous owner. **BE CAREFUL THEY APPARENTLY CHARGE 20% SERVICE CHARGE FOR A PARTY 6 OR 7.......they should definitely let customers know ahead of time they apparently have it printed on their new menu but who reads a whole menu???? We only had 3 adults and my 5 kids that I was serving myself I was definitely being nice and patient with the waitress/ maybe new owner because she forgot plates for our hot tum yum.....was not even that busy and she did not even come over as often as she probably should have....got charged almost $40 dollars in tip and the bathroom was clogged and only had 1 waitress, also overly priced now that their portions got cut down too! Have definitely had better food and better service!!!!! You are better off going to Olive garden up the street will definitely get better food, better service and no secret...

I had an orange chicken, padthai, and a pad-kee-mow

Ordering was fine delivery was fast the orange chicken was cooked great and the sauce was flavorful

The other to items however as they were cooked right came bland no spice literally no sauce of any kind i asked for a medium heat usually and let me say i got nothing but bland noodles... and same for my gf dish she looked over and said maybe we should add more peanut butter at least it would have flavor

I called today 5/4/2018 and asked to speak with a manager i was told they arnt in right now and they are on a lunch rush.

Ok I get that but when I asked when they will be in? I was told they don't know when the managers would ever show up I asked if not today then when I was told they didnt know and bye bye click...

Im really upset after such a horrible food experience and I try to get any sort of a heads up or resulotion for this and thats how im treated... i dont think i will ever give this business my...
