Orders via Uber Eats as they had a 4.7 star. The food was TERRIBLE. I ordered steak fajitas which are advertised as having onion, peppers and mushrooms (what?), comes with rice, beans, pico, sour cream and lettuce. Fajitas are typically flavorful and the meat cut into strips. I was given two whole pieces of meat, with absolutely no seasoning on them and not cut up. Some grilled onions on top but no peppers which is the base of fajitas. That’s it. I did ask for no mushrooms, so they got that right. I was given some beans but no rice, no sour cream, no pico (but the two slices of tomato is adequate replacement right?), a ton of lettuce with two pieces of raw onion. Oh and they ask if you want corn or flour tortillas and I asked for flour and got corn.
I also ordered Quesabirrias tacos, they had some flavor but really bland all around. They gave me way too much broth too. I haven’t tried the chicken quesadilla I ordered yet, they didn’t bother to cut that into pieces or provide any silverware other than a spoon....
Read moreI had a few custom requests (needed some flour tortillas for home) and they accommodated them beautifully. The bean and cheese burrito was huge and a little different taste than I'm used to. While I was waiting, I saw other customers food being prepared and the 'stock' burritos looked like they are quite good.
You review a menu by the grill but then go into the convenience/market counter to order, which is a bit odd but works. They give you the paid ticket back to go back and place on one of those fun little waitress turn styles you see at diners so then the cooks can make everything up. Employees were wearing disposable gloves and masks.
My carry out order was packaged with care and the salsa quite delicious. I would eat here again, but would look into other nearby options as well.
There is indoor seating here, slightly reduced in size to help with COVID-19 precautions. (there is also plexiglass between the cashier and...
Read moreI was staying at a hotel across the street and noticed this little restaurant, I went there 2 days in a row since I found this awesome little place. Anyways I tried their Pozole and chicken tacos, one chicken and one pork Tamale 🫔 my Grand Daughter had rice and beans. I would definitely have their Pozole and Chicken tacos again and try other foods if I end up in that hotel again. I want to try their enchiladas Michoacanas. I won't get their Tamales again, they were super dry and kinda black. Their salsas are very good, except the Salsa for the chips is from a jar. Definitely go here and try their food. It's very tiny and very busy place and that should tell you how delicious their food is. They also give you more free salsa if requested. I would have given them a five if it were not for...
