So I work at an urgent care normally in marble falls. A few days recently I've been working in William cannon. We close at 7 and by the time I get done and get over here it's like 735 -740. I came in on Thursday to buy a bra. I was told by (kellye) I have 12 min to decide because they are closing soon. I had to rush through bras and bought one that didn't fit. So Friday I came back in and I wanted to swap out for a bigger cup. The lady there (angela) didn't know how to do that so she sent me up to customer service. Everyone there was so nice. Lauren and another lady in a dress as well as Angela. They got me swapped out. But Today I came back same time as the other days. This time I had 20 min until close. I asked if we could do a measure and I was going to buy another bra. I've never been measured before and I would like to get the proper size. I got a look and sigh and she said we close in like 17 min. There is not enough time for that. So I tried on a bra and she brought me another and they were both too big. So I just bought another one similar to the one I had that somewhat fits and left. I don't feel I will be coming back to this location again. I understand it's frustrating when people come in late. But I have a valid reason. I come in wearing scrubs and I don't get a lunch break so can't come over then. And they don't open until 11. I live in marble falls so I don't want to come into bee cave just for a fitting when a lady has been so...
Read moreBEWARE OF RACIST STAFF!!! Came here this Sunday with my daughter and husband to look for some pants and costume jewelry. I noticed the security guard watching my daughter and me in the jewelry department. We didn’t have a bag or purse so not sure why he needed to watch us if we had the cheap jewelry in our hands the whole time. No one ever greeted us in that department so we walked around with my husband to look for pants, jewelry still in hand. My husband found some pants so we started walking to the checkout counter when we noticed the staff had called the mall cop to the store and he was now talking to the security guard that was watching us in the jewelry department. The mall cop, security guard and manager are now looking at us. The security guard then walked to the exit door which was parallel to the checkout counter with his arms crossed looking directly at us. I had to take a double look because I was shocked that he was really watching us as we were literally paying for our stuff at that very moment. As we were checking out a manager walks up and stands five feet away from us looking at her phone acting like she’s not there watching us. This was a horrible experience!!! On the drive home we had to explain to our daughter why they targeted us. I explained to her that it was because we are brown and we made them feel uncomfortable. It just because the color of our skin. Sad...
Read moreWe just had the worst experience in the children's section at this Dillards. We had called about an order and talked to a real nice guy who said there was 3 dresses in stock in the size my daughter needed for a dance. We drove 40 minutes to this location. Then when we asked this woman if she could help us with this she was a totally Witch! For no reason at all! When we literally had just called and spoke with someone else who was helpful. There was a stack full of dresses and she commented "The dresses might be in this stack, but y'all can come back later- OR go to another store". She wouldn't even look! Terrible customer service. One of the rudest, most unhappy people I've EVER encountered in retail. No smile, no friendly demeanor... Like a demon. Keep your children away! I'm not sure how this woman got a manager position, they must be desperate to hire people. BUT shout out to the lovely breath of fresh air in the women's section that we checked out with. She was SOOOO sweet...
