I go here quite a bit with my husband and with friends. Everything about this place is perfect; people who work there, especially SHARON today, are as nice as could be, very knowledgeable, they truly believe in their product and will do anything to satisfy their customers. That is apparent from the minute you walk into the minute you leave. The food is phenomenal and the different flavors of coffee are interesting, eclectic, and always delicious. The seating can be private for two people, or a large round table, accommodating a large group or other size and shaped tables that can hold people from different parties and encourage, a good time and conversation. I love how they include everyone inside the perimeter of their eatery to be courteous, respectful, and kind to others, and the cleanliness of this entire establishment is impeccable! I hope whoever reads this goes for a visit; you will be happy that you did. Susan F.

Went today, on a Sunday and ordered at 1220. Took over 1.5hr to get food, they were severely understaffed, the girls that took my order were very young, unknowledgable of the menu and did not know how to make a mimosa (not sure if they were even TABC certified because they looked quite confused while making it). Multiple people canceled their orders and left while we were waiting. Some tables got the wrong order, and when I inquire of mine the young girl asked what I ordered, and who took the order (it was her). Once the order finally came (1.5hr later), we were missing items. The staff did not make anyone aware that there was such a delay due to staffing for us or them to make an informed decision to go somewhere else. I would NOT recommend this place. Proceed with caution. NOT worth the money, however the food was tasty...when it finally arrived. I should have asked for my money back....

Okay so this place is the perfect spot for something quick and amazing when you’ve had too many breakfast tacos recently Pros: counter service, no tip prompt, some cheap items $6 (to more expensive if you want), and great service. I love concepts like this, sometimes you just want something easy without getting service, and this is perfect for that Cons: the actual biscuit to me wasn’t the best for somewhere called biscuit company. It was very hard, which I prefer a more flakey biscuit personally. It wasn’t bad, just not my style. Also, I really wanted to try another sauce but they charge $1.50 for it (25% of sandwich price…?). For a quick cheap stop, I wasn’t trying to spend that to sample another sauce, so will try another next time I am excited to add this to my list of places to come back to, if you’re in the area it’s a great place to get something quick

Okay here's your quick take: Tasty food, a quick kitchen, nice staff. Better than iHop.😉 On to the details. I've been on a chicken fried steak (CFS) kick lately. They've got a couple of plates that involve CFS. "The Cowboy" is a plate where the CFS is served like a biscuit sandwich with cheddar and a fried egg, but the counter person said I'd end up eating it with a fork. I opted for the other choice "High Steaks" which was a plate of biscuits and gravy (two biscuits, not one sliced open) and a chuck of CFS sitting on top of each biscuit. The gravy is brown, not white, I presume due to the maple moniker, and the sausage within is non-spicy with okay flavor. It's probably what you'd expect sausage gravy to be, just not gray or white, but brown. The crust on the CFS was excellent and the steak itself was indeed flavorful and I didn't hit any chewy fat or gristle. It's all meat folks. The biscuits were not huge, but a nice size (1.5" high maybe and about as large as a mason canning jar lid). The biscuits were not doughy but fresh and cooked just right. Because I'm also a hashbrown fan I ended up ordering a side of their "smashbrowns" which I can only imagine they are named as such for being smashed with a spatula on a flat grill. While they seemed intriguing with green onion added to the mix, the green onion seemed a little too strong in the flavor for my taste. Also, the exterior seemed a little overcooked. Made me think these hasbrowns are deep fried.

I ordered a flavored coffee. It tasted luke-warm and like regular coffee with squirts of mocha. I could have skipped that and just went with water.

The atmosphere was nice and expansive feeling. When you enter the door you are encouraged to go through an isle line to the order counter. They take your order, you pay, sit down, and they call your name. The counter person said that for fun - instead of giving her my name for the order, that I give her my last Amazon order. I'm not sure if I understood that correctly but that was what I interpreted. Not sure I would have even picked up my order if someone had yelled out "Order for USBc to Display Port connector!" And why? For fun? I don't know. It was different. Maybe it was a survey, LOL.

The seating is interesting. A mix of low and high tables with chairs and barstools respectively. There were a few low tables pushed up against a long wall bench. There was a huge round family table and one booth table. There is a standard self-serve coffee counter for regular coffee, tea and sodas. A mix of rebel and soft country music played on the overhead speakers.

In summary, the food was good and bountiful. In fact, I could only eat half. I put the rest in a to-go box. I like the way the food was laid on the plate. It made it easy to divide and put in the box. The menu seems to offer a variety of traditional breakfast items including waffles. I'd come back to this place. I was here on a Wednesday morning about 9:45 am and there were only about 4 tables occupied. I'm sure on a weekend morning this place could have a line...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maple Street Biscuit Company, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a charming atmosphere that exuded warmth and comfort. The cozy ambiance, combined with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked biscuits, set the stage for a delightful meal.

Now, let's talk about the food – it was absolutely phenomenal! Each dish was a masterpiece of flavor, crafted with the finest ingredients. The biscuits were fluffy and buttery, and the toppings were a perfect balance of savory and indulgent. Whether you're craving a classic Southern breakfast or a unique twist on a familiar favorite, Maple Street Biscuit Company delivers on every level.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Alex, who went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional. Despite the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, Alex took the time to engage me in a friendly conversation, adding a personal touch to my visit.

Overall, Maple Street Biscuit Company offers not only delicious food but also impeccable service in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, it's an experience you won't soon forget. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their mouthwatering dishes – and hopefully catch up...
